Abstract

تهدف المذكرة إلى توضيح أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على جودة التعليم العالي، ومن بين أهم أسباب استخدام إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية، تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، اقتصاد المعرفة، والمراتب الأخيرة التي تحتلها الجامعات الجزائرية في التصنيف العالمي. لذا، يُمكن القول إنّه يجب على مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لتحقيق جودة التعليم العالي، لا سيما استخدامها من قِبل المكتبات الجامعية ومختبرات البحث والإدارة الجامعية والطلاب والأساتذة، بحيث تتم رقمنة المكتبة والإدارة الإلكترونية، ويسهل ويسرع الحصول على الخدمات التعليمية وغيرها من الخدمات التي تقدمها مؤسسات التعليم العالي، حيث قمنا بدراسة حالة الجامعات الجزائرية في هذا البحث لمعرفة واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية، وأخيرًا، اختبار الفرضيات والتوصل إلى نتائج الدراسة.
