الابتكار التكنولوجي الزراعي كآلية لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي -دراسة تحليلية لتجارب دولية وعربية مختارة-

Abstract

يواجه الأمن الغذائي في العديد من الدول تحديات متزايدة نتيجة التغيرات المناخية، والنمو السكانيوالضغوط الاقتصادية والسياسية، مما يؤثر على استقرار النظم الزراعية. وفي هذا السياق، يبرز الابتكار التكنولوجي الزراعي كأداة أساسية لتحسين الإنتاج الزراعي وتعزيز كفاءة استخدام الموارد الطبيعية، إلى جانب تطوير البنية التحتية الزراعية وتحديث السياسات الاقتصادية الداعمة، بما يساهم في رفع الإنتاجية وتقليل الفاقد وتحسين جودة الإنتاج وضمان استدامة الأمن الغذائي وتعزيزه. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الابتكار التكنولوجي الزراعي في دعم الأمن الغذائي، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الجانب النظري للابتكار التكنولوجي الزراعي والامن الغذائي،ومن ثم الانتقال لدراسة تحليلية لتجارب دولية وعربية في توظيف التكنولوجيا الزراعية وأثرها على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، مع استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحليل المعطيات والمؤشرات ذات الصلة، بهدف تشخيص الواقع، وإبراز التحديات مع تقديم رؤية مستقبلية لتعزيز الأمن الغذائي. وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أن الابتكار التكنولوجي الزراعي يُعد عاملاً محورياً في دعم الأمن الغذائي وتحسين الإنتاج، إلا أن مستوى توظيفه يختلف بين الدول المتقدمة والدول العربية بصفة عامة، حيث لا يزال تطبيقه محدوداً في العديد من التجارب رغم أهميته. كما تبين أن تحقيق الأمن الغذائي يتطلب تبني التكنولوجيا الحديثة وتطوير السياسات الداعمة للقطاع الزراعي لتعزيز الإنتاج المحلي وتقليل التبعية الغذائية وتحقيق الاستدامة. الكلمات المفتاحية:ابتكار تكنولوجي زراعي،أمن غذائي، تكنولوجيا حديثة، تجارب دولية وعربية.

Food security in many countries faces increasing challenges due to climate change, population growth, and economic and political pressures, which adversely affect the stability of agricultural systems. In this context, agricultural technological innovation emerges as a fundamental tool for improving agricultural production and enhancing the efficiency of natural resource utilization, alongside developing agricultural infrastructure and updating supportive economic policies. These efforts contribute to increasing productivity, reducing waste, improving product quality, and ensuring the sustainability and reinforcement of food security. This study aimed to analyze the role of agricultural technological innovation in supporting food security by examining the theoretical aspects of agricultural technological innovation and food security, followed by an analytical study of international and Arab experiences in leveraging agricultural technology and its impact on achieving food security. The descriptive analytical approach was employed to analyze relevant data and indicators, with the objective of diagnosing the current reality, highlighting challenges, and presenting a future vision for enhancing food security. The study yielded several key findings, most notably: agricultural technological innovation is a pivotal factor in supporting food security and improving production; however, the level of its adoption varies between developed countries and Arab countries in general, as its application remains limited in many cases despite its importance. Furthermore, the study revealed that achieving food security requires adopting modern technology and developing supportive policies for the agricultural sector to enhance local production, reduce food dependency, and achieve sustainability.
