Abstract

تهدف دراستنا الموسومة بـ : " أثر الثقافة التنظيمية " الى دور الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك المقاولاتي. حيث تم الاعتماد في دراستا على مجموعة من الادوات الميدانية والمتمثلة في أداة الملاحظة والاستمارة كما تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي إضافة الى اختيارنا على عينة عشوائية بسيطة وأسلوب المسح الشامل حيث تم توزيع أداة الإستمارة على 30 عامل بمؤسسة مجال الدراسة ومنه توصلت دراستنا إلى نتيجة رئيسية منها، مفادها على وجود أثر ايجابي للثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك المقاولاتي. الكلمات المفتاحية : الثقافة، التنظيم، الثقافة التنظيمية، المقاولاتية ، السلوك المقاولاتي. Study Summary: Our study, entitled “The Impact of Organizational Culture on Entrepreneurial Behavior”, aims to examine the role of organizational culture in influencing entrepreneurial behavior. In this study, we relied on a set of field research tools represented by observation and questionnaires. We also adopted the descriptive approach, in addition to selecting a simple random sample and using the comprehensive survey method. The questionnaire was distributed to 30 employees within the institution under study. The study reached a main conclusion indicating that organizational culture has a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior.
