Abstract

تناولت الدراسة تأثير أسلوب القيادة على أداء الموظفين وما هو الأسلوب المطبق والمهيمن في المؤسسة. يؤدي أسلوب القيادة الفعال إلى انضباط الموظفين، وتحسين سلوكهم، وزيادة أدائهم. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الأساليب التي يجب على القادة الإداريين استخدامها لرفع الأداء في المنظمة، وكذلك البحث عن أهم أنماط القيادة المستخدمة في إدارة المنظمة وأهم العوامل التي يمكن للقيادة الإدارية اتباعها والتي تساهم في تحسين أداء العاملين، بالإضافة إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين أنماط القيادة والأداء في المؤسسة. نبرر أسباب اختيار هذه الدراسة في محاولة لتوضيح المفاهيم المتعلقة بـأساليب القيادة ودور القيادة في المؤسسات في هذا المجال. أما بالنسبة لأهمية الدراسة، فهي تتمثل في توضيح الغموض وبيان الرؤية تجاه قضية تأثير أسلوب القيادة على أداء العاملين، والحاجة الملحة في المؤسسات الجزائرية لوجود قادة أكفاء لرفع مستوى أدائها، وذلك لمواجهة التحديات، واقتصاد السوق والمنافسة العالمية، وذلك من خلال محاولة الإجابة على السؤال المركزي الذي تم طرحه في مشكلة البحث، والذي يتمثل في: هل يؤثر أسلوب القيادة على أداء العاملين؟ والذي يتضمن مجموعة من الأسئلة: ما طبيعة أسلوب القيادة السائد في المنظمة؟ - هل يساهم نظام التدريب في المنظمة في تفعيل أسلوب القيادة؟ - هل تشجع القيادة في المنظمة تطبيق الحوافز المختلفة؟

The study dealt with the impact of the leadership style on the job performance of the employees and what is the applied and prevailing style in the institution. The effective leadership style leads to employee discipline, improves their behavior, and increases their performance. This study aims to identify the methods that administrative leaders must use to raise performance in the organization, as well as to search for the most important leadership patterns used in managing the organization and the most important factors that administrative leadership can follow that contribute to improving the performance of workers, as well as to identify the nature of the relationship between leadership patterns and performance. in the enterprise. We justify the reasons for choosing this study in an attempt to clarify concepts related to leadership styles on the role of leadership in institutions in the field.
