Comportement Et Activités Alimentaires Des génisses de race locale sur les parcours prairiaux de la wilaya d’El Tarf

Abstract

Résumé L’élevage extensif est le système d’élevage le plus répandu dans la zone humide d’El Tarf. Les prairies naturelles offrent une alimentation diversifiée et presque permanente pour le cheptel bovin local. Le principal objectif de cette contribution est l’étude de comportement alimentaire et l’estimation de la quantité ingérée des génisses de race locale « Brune de l’Atlas » pâturant deux prairies naturelles situées à El Tarf et Oum Teboul à l’extrême Nord-est algérien et cela durant la saison hivernale et printanière. L’étude de la végétation des deux pâtures montrent une diversité floristique plus importante au printemps ; au total treize espèces caractérisent les deux parcours durant cette période. L’estimation de l’ingestion au pâturage est réalisée par l’utilisation de la méthode de coup de dent (Méthode de hand Plucking). Les quantités ingérées sont de 9.4 kg MS/animal/jour vs 10.6 kg/MS/animal/jour au printemps 0 Oum Teboul et El Tarf respectivement. La principale activité est le broutage, suivi par le repos et le déplacement. Le temps de pâturage, est plus important durant le printemps comparativement à l’hiver. The natural grasslands provide a diversified and almost permanent diet for the local cattle herd. The main objective of this contribution is the study of feeding behavior and the estimation of the quantity ingested of heifers of the local breed "Brune de l'Atlas" grazing two natural meadows located in El Tarf and Oum Teboul in the extreme North- is Algerian and this during the winter and spring season. The study of the vegetation of the two pastures shows a greater floristic diversity in the spring; a total of thirteen species characterize the two routes during this period. Estimation of ingestion on pasture is carried out using the hand plucking method. The quantities ingested are 9.4 kg DM/animal/day vs 10.6 kg/DM/animal/day in spring 0 Oum Teboul and El Tarf respectively. The main activity is browsing, followed by resting and moving. Grazing time is longer in spring compared to winter. Keywords: Heifers, natural pasture, feeding behavior, ingested quantity, local breed, El Tarf ملخص لزراعة الموسعة هي أكثر أنظمة الزراعة شيوعًا في الأراضي الرطبة الطارف . توفر المراعي الطبيعية نظامًا غذائيًا متنوعًا وشبه دائم لقطيع الماشية المحلي. الهدف الرئيسي من هذه المساهمة هو دراسة سلوك التغذية وتقدير الكمية المبتلعة من أبقار السلالة المحلية "برون دي أطلس" التي ترعى مرجين طبيعيين يقعان في الطارف وأم طبول في أقصى الشمال الجزائري. وذلك خلال فصلي الشتاء والربيع . تظهر دراسة الغطاء النباتي في المرعيتين تنوعًا في الأزهار بكمية أكبر في الربيع ؛ مجموعها ثلاثة عشر نوعًا تميز المسارين خلال هذه الفترة. يتم تقدير الابتلاع على المراعي باستخدام طريقة نتف اليد. الكميات 6 كجم / مادة جافة / حيوان / يوم في الربيع . أم طبول و الطارف .. المبتلعة هي 4.9 كجم مادة جافة / حيوان / يوم مقابل 1 على التوالي. النشاط الرئيسي هو التصفح ، يليه الراحة والحركة. وقت الرعي أطول في الربيع مقارنة بالشتاء . الكلمات المفتاحية: الأبقار ، المراعي الطبيعية ، السلوك الغذائي ، الكمية المأكولة ، السلالة المحلية ، الطارف
