أثر التمكين علىالرشاقة االستراتيجية -دراسة حالة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إىل حتدددأثر التمكني اإلداري علىالرشاقة االسرتاتيجيةيف مؤسسة سونلغاز ببوحجاروالدة ومن أجل حتقيق أهداف الدراسة متاالعتمادعلى املنهج الوصفي واملنهج التحليلي، وقد متاالعتمادعلىاالستبيان كأداة رئيسية يف مجع البيانات وذلك بتوزدعه على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من30موظف، وبعد حتليل النتائجباستخدام برنامج21SPSSخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أمههاانمستوى تطبيق التمكني والرشاقة االسرتاتيجية مرتفعني، باإلضافة اىل وجود أثر ذو داللة إحصائية للتمكني على الرشاقة االسرتاتيجية. This study aimed to investigate the impact of administrative empowerment on strategic agility at the Sonalgaz company in Bouhadjar, El Tarf Province , in order to achieve the objectives of the study we adopted a descriptive analytical method, using the questionnaire as a data collection tool, which distributed it on a random sample of 30 employees. After analyzing the results using the SPSS program, The study reached several findings, the most important of which are: the level of implementation of empowerment and strategic agility is high, in addition to the presence of a statistically significant21 impact of empowerment on strategic agility.
