Abstract

تندرج هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ "رمزية الحيوان والنبات في حكاية بقرة اليتامى" ضمن مجال الأدب الشعبي، وتهدف إلى الكشف عن الأبعاد الرمزية الكامنة في الحكاية الخرافية الشعبية، واتخاذ حكاية "بقرة اليتامى" نموذجًا للتطبيق والتحليل. وقد سعت الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن إشكالية رئيسة تتمثل في كيفية تجلي الرمزية داخل الحكاية وما تحمله الشخصيات والعناصر الحكائية من دلالات ثقافية واجتماعية وإنسانية. ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مدعومًا ببعض آليات المنهج السيميائي، وقد خُصص الفصل الأول للجانب النظري، حيث تناول مفهوم الرمز لغةً واصطلاحًا، وأنواعه المختلفة، ووظيفته في الأدب، كما تطرق إلى مفهوم الحكاية الخرافية الشعبية وأنواعها وخصائصها. أما الفصل الثاني فقد خُصص للجانب التطبيقي، وتم فيه تحليل حكاية "بقرة اليتامى" والكشف عن رمزية شخصياتها وعناصرها المختلفة، حيث تجلت البقرة بوصفها رمزًا للحماية والعطاء والرزق، والغزال رمزًا للنجاة والحرية، كما برزت رمزية النبات بوصفه دالًا على الحياة والأمل والاستمرارية. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن الحكاية الخرافية الشعبية لا تؤدي وظيفة ترفيهية فحسب، بل تحمل منظومة من القيم الأخلاقية والاجتماعية والإنسانية التي تسهم في تشكيل الوعي الجمعي والمحافظة على الموروث الثقافي الشعبي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرمز، الحكاية الخرافية الشعبية، الأدب الشعبي، رمزية الحيوان بقرة اليتامى، رمزية النبات ، الدلالة الرمزية.

Abstract This study, entitled "The Symbolism of the Popular Fairy Tale in the Story of The Orphans’ Cow", falls within the field of folk literature and aims to reveal the symbolic dimensions embedded in the popular fairy tale, taking The Orphans’ Cow as a model for analysis and application. The study seeks to answer the main question of how symbolism is manifested in the tale and what cultural, social, and human meanings are conveyed through its characters and narrative elements. To achieve this objective, the study adopts the descriptive-analytical approach supported by certain semiotic tools. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical framework, addressing the concept of symbolism from both linguistic and terminological perspectives, its various types, and its role in literature, in addition to discussing the concept, types, and characteristics of the popular fairy tale. The second chapter focuses on the practical aspect through an analysis of The Orphans’ Cow, highlighting the symbolism of its characters and narrative components. The cow appears as a symbol of protection, generosity, and sustenance, while the gazelle symbolizes salvation and freedom, and plants represent life, hope, and continuity. The study concludes that the popular fairy tale is not merely a form of entertainment but also a medium that conveys ethical, social, and human values, contributing to the preservation of cultural heritage and the formation of collective consciousness.
