dc.description.abstract This study aims to know and diagnose the role played by the use of strategic agility in its five dimensions (strategic sensitivity, clarity of vision, core capabilities, strategic objectives, and shared responsibility) in achieving outstanding performance in the institution under study - Mobilis Foundation, Al-Tarf Agency - in a way that is compatible with the markets that exist. In which. This study included a survey of the opinions of a comprehensive sample of (30) employees of the Mobilis Corporation, El Tarf Agency. Thus, appropriate statistical methods, namely (SPSS-22), were used to analyze the data of this study. A set of results were reached, the most prominent of which is that applying strategic agility in its five dimensions has a clear role in achieving outstanding performance in the Mobilis Agency, Al-Tarf Agency. The researched organization also seeks, through its adoption of modern strategies, to apply the dimensions of strategic agility to attract customers and strengthen its relationship with them, in order to achieve Their satisfaction and loyalty to her. The study also concluded with a set of important suggestions, the most prominent of which is the need for organizations to pay attention to enhancing and supporting strategic agility with all new, distinctive and rapid procedures as a basic requirement for achieving distinguished performance in them, in order to face the challenges of competition, which is reflected in improving the quality of their services and achieving competitive advantages I ﺪف ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إلى ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ وﺗﺸﺨﻴﺺ اﻟﺪور اﻟﺬيﺗﺆدﻳﻪﻛﺔ اﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔاﺳﺘﺨﺪام ﺧﻔﺔ الحﺮﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎدﻫﺎ الخﻤﺴﺔ )ﻛﺔالحﺴﺎﺳﻴﺔ اﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔ، وﺿﻮح اﻟﺮؤﻳﺔ، المﻘﺪرات الجﻮﻫﺮﻳﺔ، اﻷﻫﺪاف اﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔ، المﺴﺆوﻟﻴﺔ المﺸتر(فيتحﻘﻴﻖ اﻷداء المﺘﻤﻴﺰ في المﺆﺳﺴﺔ محﻞ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ–ﻛﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻄﺎرفﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﻣﻮﺑﻠﻴﺲ و-بمﺎﻳﺘﻼءم واﻷﺳﻮاق اﻟتي ﺗﺘﻮاﺟﺪ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ. وشمﻠﺖ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ اﺳﺘﻄﻼع آراء ﻋﻴﻨﺔﺷﺎﻣﻠﺔﻣﻜﻮﻧﺔ ﻣﻦ)30(ﻣﻮﻇﻒﻟﺪىﻛﺎﻟﺔﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﻣﻮﺑﻴﻠﻴﺲ واﻟﻄﺎرف، وﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﻘﺪتم اﺳﺘﺨﺪامأﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ إﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔوﻫﻲ)SPSS-22(ﻟﺘﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎتﻫﺬﻩاﻟﺪراﺳﺔ. وﻗﺪتم اﻟﺘﻮﺻﻞ إلى مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ أﺑﺮزﻫﺎ أن ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖﻛﺔ اﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔﺧﻔﺔ الحﺮﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎدﻫﺎ الخﻤﺴﺔﻟﻪ دور واﺿﺢ في تحﻘﻴﻖ اﻷداء المﺘﻤﻴﺰ فيﻣﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﻣﻮﺑﻴﻠﻴﺲﻛﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻄﺎرف، ﻛﻤﺎوﺗﺴﻌﻰالمﺆﺳﺴﺔالمﺒﺤﻮﺛﺔﻋبر ﺗﺒﻨﻴﻬﺎﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺎتﺣﺪﻳﺜﺔ إلى ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ أﺑﻌﺎدﻛﺔﺧﻔﺔ الحﺮاﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔ لجﺬب اﻟﻌﻤﻼء وﺗﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﻋﻼﻗﺘﻬﺎﻢ، وذﻟﻚ ﻟﻨﻴﻞ رﺿﺎﻫﻢ ووﻻﺋﻬﻢ لهﺎ. ﻛﻤﺎﺧﻠﺼﺖ اﻟﺪراﺳﺔ إلى مجﻤﻮﻋﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻻﻗتراﺣﺎت المﻬﻤﺔ أﺑﺮزﻫﺎ ﺿﺮورةاﻫﺘﻤﺎمالمﺆﺳﺴﺎتﺑﺘﻌﺰﻳﺰ ودﻋﻢﻛﺔﺧﻔﺔ الحﺮ اﻹﺳتراﺗﻴﺠﻴﺔﺑﻜﻞ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ وممﻴﺰوﺳﺮﻳﻊﻣﻦ إﺟﺮاءات ﻛﻤﻄﻠﺐأﺳﺎﺳﻲ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ أداء ﻣﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﺎ، وذﻟﻚ لمﻮاﺟﻬﺔ تحﺪﻳﺎت المﻨﺎﻓﺴﺔ،بمﺎ ﻳﻨﻌﻜﺲ ﻋﻠﻰتحﺴين ﺟﻮدة ﺧﺪﻣﺎﺎ وتحﻘﻴﻖ ﻣﺰاﻳﺎ ﺗﻨﺎﻓﺴﻴﺔ
