ملخص تھدف دراستنا إلى تقییم مستوى إتقان تربیة دواجن صنف الدجاج اللاحم ، من خلال دراسة الأداء الحیواني الذي تم الحصول علیھا في مزرعة الوادي ، والنتائج التي تم الحصول علیھا ھي كما یلي: ٪. - معدل الوفیات المرتفع للغایة 91.91 - یبلغ متوسط الوزن الحي في نھایة دورة الإنتاج 0142 غ ویبلغ متوسط الزیادة في الوزن 09.12 غ / یوم. . 1 وعند فترة النامي ھو 04.9 ، وعند فترة الناھي ھو 01.9 .. - مؤشر الاستھلاك عند فترة البادئ ھو 9 ھذا الانتاج أقل من أداء سلالة أربوراك بسبب بعض القیود التي تسود في تربیة الدواجن. ا Abstract Our study aims to evaluate the level of mastery of poultry breeding , through the study of zootechnical performance obtained at a EL OUD farm, the results obtained are as follows: -The rate of mortality very high was 14.19%. -The average live weight at the end of production cycle was 2450g and the average weight gain is 43.21 g / day. -The consumption index at startup was 1.97 and at Growth is 1.25, at Finishing is 1.24. These performances are lower than the performance of the arborac strain because of some constraints that prevail in poultry farming. Key words: chicken, mortality rate, consumption index, weight gain
