| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر اللغة الأداة الأساسية في عملية الاتصال ووسيلة للتعبير عن الأفكار والآ ا رء ولتبادل المعلومات كما أنها تعتبر عنصر أساسي في حياة الانسان لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها في جميع المجالات وجميع نواحي حياته وخاصة المهنية منها لأنها أساس ومفتاح نجاحه في العمل وبها يتواصل وينجز أعماله ويتفاعل مع غيره من العمال، فالعامل إذا لم تكن لغته واضحة ومتمكن منها لن يستطيع أن ينجز أعماله وأن يحتك بغيره من العمال وعلى هذا الأساس أصبحت اللغة من مواضيع الساعة ومن أهمها خاصة باعتبار اللغة الأداة الأساسية في عملية الاتصال لهذا يعتبر الانقسام اللغوي الموجود بالإدارة الج ا زئرية من المواضيع المهمة والحديثة خاصة في تخصص تسيير الموارد البشرية وذلك من حيث ربط الانقسام اللغوي الموجود في الإدارة بالاتصال التنظيمي ويعتبر كذلك من المواضيع التي تم تناولها ود ا رستها من قبل العديد من العلماء والباحثين اولتي تستدعي البحث والتقصي من قبل مختلف التخصصات خاصة في تخصص تسيير الموارد البشرية باعتبار الاتصال التنظيمي من أهم الأنظمة الموجودة في الإدارة والأكثر تأث ا ر بالانقسام اللغوي الموجود بالإدارة ولذلك وقع الاختيار على موضوع " الانقسام اللغوي بالإدارة الج ا زئرية وانعكاساته على الاتصال التنظيمي " ليكون موضوع د ا رستنا وقد تم اختيار المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بدائرة بوحجار كميدان للد ا رسة. وانطلقت د ا رستنا من التساؤل المركزي التالي: ما هي انعكاسات الانقسام اللغوي على عملية الاتصال التنظيمي في الإدارة الج ا زئرية؟ ومن هذا التساؤل المركزي يمكننا طرح مجموعة من التساؤلات الفرعية: -1 كيف يؤثر الانقسام اللغوي بين العربي والفرنسي على حسن فهم مضمون الاتصال التنظيمي داخل الإدارة الج ا زئرية؟ -2 كيف ينعكس الانقسام اللغوي بين المعربين والمفرنسين في الإدارة الج ا زئرية على التفاعل الاتصالي فيما بين الأقسام؟ -3 كيف يمكن للانقسام اللغوي بين المعربين والمفرنسين بالإدارة الج ا زئرية أن يشكل ص ا رع علائقي على مستوى الاتصال التنظيمي؟ | |
