النظام القانوني للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة يتضح لنا المجهود الكبير للدولة الجزائرية المبذول من أجل الإحاطة بنظام المؤسسات 02 الصغيرة و المتوسطة بمختلف القانون التوجيهي رقم 17 المتضمن ترقية هذه المؤسسات وكذلك مختلف التنظيمات المرافقة لهذا القطاع لم يرتقي إلى مشارف التجارة الدولية ومنافسة مختلف المؤسسات الأخرى في الأسواق وهذا راجع محدودية التمويل و الخبرة لذا إستوجب على الدولة أن ترافق الشباب المقبل على هذه المشاريع وزرع روح المقاولاتية لديهم .

throught this study it becomes clear the great effort of the algerian state , which it has made in order to brief the system of small and medium-sized enterprises with various laws and regulating, and this is evident through directive law no . it did not rise to the ranks of international trade and compet with various other institutions in the market , and this is due to the limited funding and experience , which necessitated the state to accompany the young people coming to these projects and to implant the enterpreneurial spirit in them .
