Screening phytochimique et dosage des antioxydants dans une plante médicinale : le plantain lancéolé L

Abstract

Résume : Le présent travail a pour objectif l’étude d’une plante d’intérêt médicinal dans la région d’El-BATTAH, il est porté sur la phytochimiedu plantain lancéolé. Ainsi, dans le cadre de la valorisation des plantes médicinales, au cours de cette étude nous nous sommes intéressés à la caractérisation et l’indentification phytochimique de cette plante. Des tests phytochimiques ont été ainsi réalisés confirmant la présence des flavonoïdes, les tanins, les stérols et tri terpènes, les saponines, les anthocyanes, les leuco-anthocyanes et les alcaloïdes. Par la suite, l’activité antioxydante a été évaluée en utilisant deux méthodes différentes: test de DPPH et test de FRAP Mots clés : le plantain lancéolé, screening phytochimiques, phytothérapie, plantes médicinales, DPPH , FRAP.

Abstract: The present work aims to study a plant of medicinal interest in the region of El-BATTAH, it is focused on the phytochemistry of the lanceolate plantain. Thus, within the framework of the valorization of the medicinal plants, during this study we were interested in the characterization and the phytochemical identification of this plant. Phytochemical tests were thus carried out confirming the presence of flavonoids, tannins, sterols and tri-terpenes, saponins, anthocyanins, leuco-anthocyanins and alkaloids.
