Contribution à l’étude des enjeux et apports de la certification de l’ISO 9001-2000 dans une entreprise agroalimentaire Algérienne : cas de l’unité de production des pâtes « Extra Benhamadi »

Abstract

Résumé Cette étude présente la démarche qualité d’une entreprise agroalimentaire algérienne qui est en cours de certification ainsi que l’état des lieux de la certification ISO 9001 :2000 dans les entreprises agroalimentaires en Algérie dans leur totalité. L’étude aborde les enjeux et les apports de la certification ainsi que les difficultés rencontrées lors de la certification. Elle fournit aussi les recommandations pour les entreprises qui ont un projet de certification. Les résultats montrent que les principales raisons de l’adoption de la certification ISO 9001 :2000 sont la mise en place d’une meilleure organisation et l’amélioration de la qualité et l’image de l’entreprise, la réduction des coûts de non-conformité et la réponse aux attentes des clients. Les apports sont d’ordre externe (reconnaissance, image de marque, extension des marchés,…) mais aussi d’ordre interne (amélioration de l’organisation…). Les recommandations concernent surtout la motivation de la direction, la sensibilisation et l’implication du personnel et le respect des exigences de la norme. Abstract This study presents the quality approach of an Algerian agri-food company which is in the process of certification as well as the inventory of ISO 9001:2000 certification in agri-food companies in Algeria as a whole. The study addresses the challenges and contributions of certification as well as the difficulties encountered during certification. It also provides recommendations for companies that have a certification project. The results show that the main reasons for adopting ISO 9001:2000 certification are the establishment of a better organization and the improvement of the quality and image of the company, the reduction of the costs of not - compliance and response to customer expectations. The contributions are external (recognition, brand image, extension of markets, etc.) but also internal (improvement of the organization, etc.). The recommendations mainly concern the motivation of management, the awareness and involvement of staff and compliance with the requirements of the standard. Keywords: Quality management, certification, ISO 9001:2000, food industry ملخص تعرض هذه الدراسة نهج الجودة لشركة الأغذية الزراعية الجزائرية التي هي في طور الاعتماد بالإضافة الى جرد شهادة ايزو 2000 - 9001 في شركات الأغذية الزراعية في الجزائر ككل. تتناول الدراسة تحديات ومساهمات الشهادات بالإضافة الى الصعوبات الي تمت مواجهتها اثناء الحصول على الشهادة. كما يقدم توصيات للشركات التي لديها مشروع اعتماد. تظهر النتائج ان الأسباب الرئيسية لاعتماد شهادة ايزو 2000 - 9001 هي انشاء منظمة أفضل وتحسين جودة وصورة الشركة وتقليل تكاليف عدم الجودة والاستجابة لتوقعات العملاء. المساهمات خارجية )الاعتراف- صورة العلامة التجارية- امتداد الأسواق-الخ( ولكنها داخلية أيضا )تحسين المنظمة- الخ(. تتعلق التوصيات بشكل أساسي بدوافع الإدارة ووعي واشراك الموظفين والامتثال لمتطلبات المعيار. الكلمات المفتاحية= إدارة الجودة- الشهادة- ايزو 2000 - 9001 - صناعة الاغذ
