التنويع الاقتصادي في اقتصاديات الدول المصدرة للنفط ـ دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التنويع الاقتصادي في اقتصاديات الدول المصدرة للنفط، من خلال عرض التجارب الدولية الرائدة في هذا المجال ومقارنتها مع التجربة الجزائرية، ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على منهجين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نجاح كل من النرويج، ماليزيا، الإمارات العربية المتحدة في تنويع اقتصادياتها، بينما الجزائر مازالت تسعى لنجاح تجربتها، ولا يزال اقتصادها مرتبط بقطاع المحروقات مما يستلزم وضع خطة إستراتيجية والعمل عليها للنهوض بالاقتصاد.

Ab This study aimed to highlight the importance of economic diversification in the economies of oil-exporting countries, by presenting the leading international experiences in this field and comparing them with the Algerian experience. In order to achieve the goal of the study, two approaches were relied upon: the descriptive analytical approach and the comparative approach, and the study concluded that Norway, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates have succeeded in diversifying their economies, while Algeria is still seeking the success of its experiences its economy is still linked to the fuel sector, which requires developing and working on a strategic plan to advance the economy.
