| dc.description.abstract | أصبحت السياحة من أىم قطاعات التي بدورىا نوفر مناصب الشغل لمكثير من دول العالم والتي حققت الدول النامية نمو متسارعا إعتبا ا ر من العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة الثلاثة الماضية. كما ىدفت الد ا رسة إلى دور التكوين الفندقي لممورد البشري في التنمية السياحية ومعرفة العلاقة بين التكوين الفندقي والتنمية السياحية في فندق با ا ردي بالاس حيث استخدمت في ىذه الد ا رسة المنيج الوصفي وتم إختبار عينة الد ا رسة- عينة المسح الشامل وذلك لصغر حجم العينة في فندق با ا ردي بالاس وثم بناء إستمارة البحث مكونة من 22 سؤالا نظم 3 محاور رئيسية. من خلال ىذه الد ا رسة توصمت إلى بعض النتائج: التكوين الفندقي ملائم مع طبيعة الوظيفة وأن معظم العاممين في الفندق نساء وىذا ا رجع لحب الم أ رة ليذه العمل وأن التكوين الفندقي لممورد البشري لو تأثير قوي عمى من لم يتمقى تكوينا، زيادة الميا ا رت بعد التكوين الفندقي. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Tourism has become one of the most important sectors, which in turn provide job opportunities to many countries in the world, which have achieved rapid growth in developing countries from the last three to three decades. The study also aimed at the role of hotel training for the human resource in tourism development and the relationship between hotel training and tourism development in Paradi Palace Hotel. The descriptive method was used in this study. The sample of the study was examined. Consisting of 22 questions that organized 3 main axes Through this study, I found some results: Hotel accommodation is suitable for the nature of the job and most of the employees in the hotel are women. This is due to the woman's love for this work and that the hotel training of the human resource has a strong effect on those who did not receive the training. | |
