Abstract

he study aimed at clarifying and finding the relationship and the role of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (foresight, thinking systems logic, future vision, motivation, partnership) in achieving outstanding performance, and the questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data and information on the variables of the study, as it was distributed to a sample of (40) administrative staff at the level of Algeria Mobilis Telecom Branch, During the period from May 01 to May 20, 2023, based on the El kala statistical program SPSS, the results of the study found a statistically significant role for strategic intelligence on the outstanding performance of the organization in question and on the basis of these findings of the study, a set of recommendations were proposed that contribute In adopting and enhancing the role of strategic intelligence in achieving the outstanding performance of Algiers Mobilis, the branch of the Kala هدفت الدراسة إلى توضيح وإيجاد علاقة ودور الذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (استشراف المستقبل، منطق نظم التفكير، الرؤية المستقبلية، الدافعية، الشراكة) في تحقيق الأداء المتميز، واستخدمت الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات حول متغيرات الدراسة، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من (40) موظفًا إداريًا على مستوى فرع شركة موبيليس الجزائر للاتصالات، خلال الفترة من 1 إلى 20 مايو 2023، بالاعتماد على برنامج القالة الإحصائي SPSS، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود دور ذي دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاستراتيجي في الأداء المتميز للمنظمة محل الدراسة، وبناءً على هذه النتائج، تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات التي تساهم في تبني وتعزيز دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحقيق الأداء المتميز لشركة موبيليس الجزائر فرع القالة.
