La prévalence de la tuberculose bovine au niveau de l’abattoir Seybouse Annaba

Abstract

Résumé : Cette étude a eu pour but objectif d’avoir une idée sur la situation réelle de la tuberculose au sein de l’abattoir Seybouse ANNABA, ayant une part importante dans la production de la viande. Avec une forte dominance des lésions pulmonaires a complexe dissocié, mais l’absence des cas de tuberculose digestive qui est la deuxième voie d’entrée du bacille reflète une négligence à l’inspection rigoureuse mais avec une prudence vue que la tuberculose figure parmi la liste des maladies professionnelle. Cette affection qui surtout par son caractère zoonotique a et aura toujours une importance du point de vue santé publique c’est pourquoi une sensibilisation des acteurs du secteur agro-alimentaire surtout les éleveurs et les vétérinaires, ainsi que les consommateurs reste de mise pour arriver un jour à éradiquer cette maladie de nos cheptels. Mots clés : tuberculose-bovin-zoonose-sante publique ملخص كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو الحصول على فكرة عن حالة مرض ي ف ي السل الحقي ق مسلخ سيبوس عنابة ي إنتاج ف ، والذي له نصيب كب ري اللحوم. مع الهيمنة القوية للآفات الرئوية، فقد انفصلت معقدة، ولكن عدم وجود حالات السل للتفتيش الدقيق ولكن ً ي لدخول العصيات يعكس إهمالا الذي هو الطريق الثا ن الهض ي م بحذر لأن السل هو من ب ر ي الأمراض المهنية القائمة. هذا المرض، الذي كان وسيظل دائمًا مهمًا من وجهة نظر الصحة العامة، بطبيعته ً خاصة الحيوانية، ي قطاع الأغذية أصحاب المصلحة ف ي أن زيادة الو ي ع ب ري وهذا هو السبب ف الزراعية، وخاصة المرب ر ي والأطباء البيطري ر ي، وكذلك المستهلك ر ي، ل ً لا يزال قائما تحقيق يوم القضاء على هذا المرض من قطعاننا. الكلمات المفتاحية: السل -البقري -الحيوان -الصحة العامة Summary The objective of this study was to get an idea of the real tuberculosis situation in the Seybouse ANNABA slaughterhouse, which has a significant share in meat production. With a strong dominance of pulmonary lesions has complex dissociated, but the absence of cases of digestive tuberculosis, which is the second pathway of entry of the bacillus, reflects a negligence to rigorous inspection but with caution as tuberculosis is among the list occupational diseases.
