Abstract

The study sought to shed light on the importance of the determinants of the entrepreneurial intention in encouraging and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and individual initiative in establishing new institutions among the youth, as it is in most cases an incentive for young people to enter the world of free investment, by clarifying the nature of entrepreneurship, the contractor and the entrepreneurial intention and models, then studying Determinants of the intention to establish an institution that is affected by three main factors: support and escort systems, personal fundamentals, and business education سعت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية محددات النية الريادية في تشجيع ونشر ثقافة ريادة الأعمال والمبادرة الفردية في إنشاء مؤسسات جديدة بين الشباب، كونها في أغلب الأحيان حافزًا للشباب لدخول عالم الاستثمار الحر، وذلك من خلال توضيح طبيعة ريادة الأعمال، والمقاول، والنية الريادية ونماذجها، ثم دراسة محددات نية إنشاء مؤسسة تتأثر بثلاثة عوامل رئيسية: أنظمة الدعم والمرافقة، والأسس الشخصية، والتعليم التجاري.
