| dc.description.sponsorship | This study aims to investigate the impact of the professional identity of pre-employment employees on job stability in the School and Career Guidance Center in the state of El-Tarif. In addition to shedding light on this phenomenon. The formulation of the problem was in the following question: What is the effect of the professional identity of the pre-employment contract employees on the job stability in the School and Career Guidance Center in the state of Tarf? This study raises the following sub-questions: -What is the nature of the relationship between the negative personality of pre-employment employees and the job satisfaction process? Does the negative personality of pre-operation employees lead to a state of non-participation in decision-making? What are the social and psychological dimensions of pre-employment employees and their impact on employees? Among the reasons that prompted us to choose this study: The scarcity of studies that investigate the issue of socio-professional identity and its relationship with pre-employment contracts and job stability, in addition to knowing the reality of this category within the organizational system. This study resulted in the following results: Most of the pre-employment contract employees do not feel comfortable or integrated into work, and they do not benefit from a job position that suits their qualifications and scientific specialization. In addition to not allowing them the freedom to make some decisions, as well as the harassment they face while performing their work. | |
