GETION ET SUIVI DES COLIS POSTAUX VIA NFC

Abstract

Given the enormous technological progress experienced by the computer field in general and logistics companies in particular who are constrained and forced to develop increasingly effective solutions to meet the different needs and requirements submitted by the customer. My job is to build a postal tracking platform based on the NFC technology, which I named: DZ Express. To this end, I needed different languages and tools to build the basics of my work which is reflected in the development of three modules: the first module dedicated to customers to know a website through which he can pass his order and he will be able to follow it, the second and the third module dedicated to the organization in charge of the service (carrier and administrator). Vu les progrès technologiques énormes qu'a connu le domaine informatique en général et les sociétés de logistique en particulier qui se trouvent contraintes et forcées d’élaborées des solutions de plus en plus efficaces répondant au différents besoins et exigences soumis par le client. Mon travail consiste a réalisé une plateforme de suivi des colis postaux sur la base de la technologie NFC, que j'ai baptisé : DZ Express. A cette effet, j'ai eu besoin de différents langages et outils afin de bâtir les bases de mon travail qui se traduit par la mise au point de trois modules : le premier module dédié aux clients à savoir un site web par lequel il peut passer sa commande et il pourra la suivre, le deuxième et le troisième module dédié à l'organisme chargé de la prestation (transporteur et administrateur). بالنظر إلى التقدم التكنولوجي الهائل الذي شهده مجال الحواسيب بشكل عام وشركات الخدمات اللوجستية بشكل خاص، والتي تُجبر على تطوير حلول أكثر فاعلية لتلبية الاحتياجات والمتطلبات المختلفة المقدمة من العملاء. وظيفتي هي بناء منصة تتبع بريدية تعتمد على تقنية NFC، والتي سميتها: DZ Express. لهذا الغرض، احتجت إلى لغات وأدوات مختلفة لبناء أساس عملي، والذي ينعكس في تطوير ثلاثة وحدات: الوحدة الأولى مخصصة للعملاء لمعرفة موقع إلكتروني يمكنهم من خلاله تقديم طلباتهم ومتابعتها، والوحدة الثانية والثالثة مخصصة للجهة المسؤولة عن الخدمة (الناقل والمدير).
