dc.description.abstract تعد هذه الد ا رسة من الد ا رسات التي تهدف إلى معرفة دور التلفزيون الج ا زئري في معالجة ظاهرة الجريمة الالكترونية، وقد استهدفت الد ا رسة برنامج "تحريات"على قناة النهار الج ا زئرية في الفترة من 2015 إلى 2020 ، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عبر تقنية الملاحظة واستمارة تحليل المحتوى حيث اتبعنا أسلوب العينة القصدية متكونة من 10 أعداد وعملا بالإج ا رءات المنهجية فقد أسفرت هاته الد ا رسة على جملة من النتائج كانت أهمها: تنوعت المواضيع التي عالجها برنامج تحريات والتي تعلقت بظاهرة الجريمة الالكترونية، منها الج ا رئم التي سببت  الأذى للأف ا رد ومنها من سببت الأذى للمؤسسات وأيضا ج ا رئم الأموال. يمكن إرجاع أسباب تفشي الجريمة الالكترونية في المجتمع الج ا زئري إلى: كثرة المشاكل الاجتماعية، تدني  المستوى المعيشي، تحقيق المكسب المادي أو لدوافع انتقامية. اعتمد برنامج تحريات في المواضيع المتعلقة بالجريمة الالكترونية على ضيوف ثابتة.  وفق البرنامج في اختياره للمصادر التي يستند عليها للحصول على المعلومات المتعلقة بظاهرة الجريمة  الالكترونية وكذا في الترتيب المنطقي لها. سطر البرنامج مجموعة من الأهداف تمثلت في كشف حقيقة ظاهرة الجريمة الالكترونية وملابستها وتوعية  الجمهور بخطر الجريمة وأثرها على المجتمع. نوّع البرنامج من الوظيفة الإعلامية في معالجته لظاهرة الجريمة الالكترونية: الوظيفة الإعلامية والإخبارية،  وظيفة شرح تحليل وتفسير الظاهرة والتفسير، وظيفة تقديم النصائح والحلول. استهدف البرنامج الجمهور الخاص بالأخص فئة الشباب  الكلمات المفتاحية: التلفزيون الج ا زئري، الجريمة الالكترونية
dc.description.sponsorship This study is one of the studies aimed at finding out the role of Algerian television in addressing the phenomenon of cybercrime, and the study targeted the program "Investigations" on the Algerian channel Al-Nahar between 2015 to 2020, and the use of the analytical descriptive approach through observation technology and the content analysis form, where we followed the method of the sample intent consisting of 10 prepared and in accordance with methodological procedures, the most important of which was:  The topics addressed by the investigation program, which related to the phenomenon of cybercrime, varied, including crimes that caused harm to individuals, including those that caused harm to institutions as well as money crimes.  The causes of the spread of cybercrime in Algerian society can be attributed to: many social problems, low standard of living, material gain or retaliatory motives.  The e-crime investigation program relied on fixed guests.  According to the program in its choice of the sources on which it is based to obtain information related to the phenomenon of cybercrime and as a logical arrangement.  The program set a set of objectives: to uncover the reality of the phenomenon of cybercrime and its circumstances and to raise public awareness of the danger of crime and its impact on society.  The type of program is a media function in its treatment of the phenomenon of cybercrime: media and news function, the function of explaining the analysis and interpretation of the phenomenon and interpretation, the function of providing advice and solutions.  The program targeted the private audience, especially the youth group.
