الأليات القانونية المستحدثة لمكافحة جرائم الفساد

Abstract

لقد أفرد المشرع الجزائري جرائم الفساد بقانون خاص ومستقل قصد مجابهة أخطارها ودحض كل ما يترتب عنها من أثار،وذلك عن طريق الإستعانة بمنظومة تشريعية متكاملة عمد من خلالها إلى إنشاء هيئات لتصدي للفساد وهي :الهيئة الوطنية لمكافحة الفساد،والديوان المركزي لقمع الفساد . كما ذهب إلى أبعد من ذلك من خلال تخصيصها بأساليب تحري خاصة تميزها عن غيرها من جرائم . The Algerian legislator has devoted a special, independent law to corruption crimes, aiming to combat their dangers and refute any consequences. This is achieved through the use of an integrated legislative system, through which it established bodies to combat corruption: the National Anti-Corruption Authority and the Central Office for the Suppression of Corruption. It also went further by designating these crimes with special investigative methods that distinguish them from other crimes.
