Abstract

في إطار بناء اقتصاد حر وقوي كرس المشرع الجزائري مجموعة من القوانين التي تلعب دورا أساسيا في حماية السوق وضمان حرية المنافسة، وذلك من خلال سن إجراءات وعقوبات تهدف إلى منع الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة والتي من شأنها عرقلة السير الطبيعي للسوق. كما عمل على مواجهة كل التصرفات التي تمس بمبادئ الشفافية والنزاهة، قصد تقليص مختلف العراقيل التي قد تنشأ بين المتعاملين الاقتصاديين والمستهلكين، إضافة إلى إقراره لآليات فعالة ترمي إلى حماية المستهلك من الأضرار المحتملة الناتجة عن هذه الممارسا ت . Within the framework of building a free and robust economy, the Algerian legislator has enacted a set of laws that play a fundamental role in protecting the market and ensuring freedom of competition. This is achieved through the establishment of measures and sanctions aimed at preventing anti-competitive practices that may hinder the proper functioning of the market. It has also sought to address all conduct that undermines the principles of transparency and integrity, with the aim of reducing various obstacles that may arise between economic operators and consumers. In addition, it has established effective mechanisms designed to protect consumers from potential harm resulting from such practices.
