Abstract

تهدف الد ا رسة الحالية إلى محاولة التعرف على علاقة برنامج الرعاية الصحية برضا العاملين بالمؤسسة الولائية لتسيير الردم التقني بالسماتي وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤلات التالية: 1. ما هو واقع الرعاية الصحية في المؤسسة ؟ 2. ما هو مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى العمال ؟ 3. هل توفر برنامج الرعاية الصحيّة بالمؤسسة له علاقة بتحقيق رضا العاملين ؟ وقد اعتمادنا علي المنهج الوصفي في هذه الد ا رسة وذلك بتطبيق استمارة علي عينة المسح الشامل قوامها 20 بالمؤسسة العمومية الولائية لتسيير م ا ركز الردم التقني بالسماتي وبعد تحليل تساؤلات الد ا رسة توصلنا إلي النتائج التالية : % اغلب عينة الد ا رسة يخضعون إلى فح وصات دورية في العمل بنسبة 55  تساهم المؤسسة بالحفاظ علي عمالها داخل بيئة العمل بنسبة 60 % للألبسة الواقية  اغلب أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة أكدوا علي وجود إعلانات بالمؤسسة لارتداء وسائل الحماية  % بنسبة 80 تهتم إدارة المؤسسة في تدوين المعلومات عن العمال و حالاتهم الصحية بنسبة  %100 اغلب أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة أكدوا علي إقناعهم بالوظيفة التي يشغلونها بنسبة قدرت ب  % 75 ملخص %100 من عينة الد ا رسة اقروا بتوفير مصلحة لطب العمل في المؤسسة  %55 من عينة الد ا رسة اجاب او بان هناك استجابة من طرف المؤسسة تجاه مشاكل  عمالها اغلب أف ا رد عينة الد ا رسة أكدوا علي مدى رضا العمال علي الرعاية الصحية التي  % توفرها المؤسسة بنسبة 75 أكدت الد ا رسة الميدانية بنسبة 80 % الت ا زم المؤسسة بوعودها في تقديم خدمات الرعاية  الصحية The present study aims to identify the relationship of the health care program with the satisfaction of the employees of the state institution for the technical waste management in Samati by asking the following questions: 1. What is the reality of health care in the organization? 2. What is the level of job satisfaction of workers? 3. Does the institution's health care program have a relationship with employee satisfaction? We have relied on the descriptive approach in this study by applying a questionnaire on the sample of the comprehensive survey of 20 in the state public institution for the management of the technical reclamation centers in Samati After analyzing the study questions, we reached the following results: Most of the sample of the study are subject to periodic inspections at work by 55% The Corporation contributes to the maintenance of its workers within the work environment by 60% for protective clothing Most of the sample of the study confirmed the existence of ads in the institution to wear the means of protection by 80% The management of the institution is interested in recording information about workers and their health conditions by 100% Most of the sample of the study confirmed to convince them of the job they occupy by an estimated 75% 100% of the study sample approved the provision of an interest in the work medicine in the institution 55% of the sample of the study responded that there is a response from the institution towards the problems of its workers Most of the sample of the study confirmed the satisfaction of workers to the health care provided by the institution by 75% The field study confirmed 80% of the organization's commitment to its promises to provide health care services.
