| dc.description.abstract | أصبح العمل المقاولاتي أداة لتعزیز النمو والتطور الاقتصادي والإجتماعي، وت ا زید الاهتمام به من طرف الدولة الج ا زئریة لنشر و غرس فكر مقاولاتي خاصة لدى الجامعیین، إنطلاقا من ذلك أرتأینا البحث على العوامل المؤثرة على توجه الطالبات الجامعیات في إختیار مسارهن المهني، و إتبعنا في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي بتقنیة المسح الجزئي على عینة عشوائیة طبقیة من 40 مفردة من طالبات جامعة الشاذلي بن جدید كلیة العلوم الإقتصادیة وكلیة العلوم الإجتماعیة ، بالإستعانة بأدوات جمع البیانات المیدانیة المتمثلة في الملاحظة و الإستمارة، و توصلنا إلى النتائج التالیة: - معظم الطالبات لهن میول نحو البحث عن وظیفة في القطاع العام، مع تسجیل توجه ضعیف نحو العمل المقاولاتي. - إن تخصص العلمي یؤثر على توجه نحو العمل المقاولاتي، حیث یوجد توجه نحوه لدى طلبة العلوم الإقتصادیة، في حین یكاد ینعدم ذلك لدى طلبة العلوم الإجتماعیة. - أن المجتمع أصبح أكثر تقبلا للم أ رة المقاولة، ویرتبط ذلك بمدى توافق نشاط مؤسستها مع عادات وتقالید المجتمع. - هناك نزعة مادیة و ا رء التوجه نحو العمل المقاولاتي لدى الطالبات الجامعیات، مع وجود نظرة تشاؤمیة لدیهن حول قدرتهن لتحقیق نجاح في هذا التوجه. | |
| dc.description.sponsorship | Nowadays the entrepreneurial work has become an important tool to promote social and economical development, it has awide interest among the Algerian state and nation to spread the entrepreneurial work especially among the university students, starting from this point we decided to know the factors and reasons effecting the orientation of female university students in choosing their career ,Using an analytical and desceiptive study on a random stratified sample of 40 students from Al-Shadhly Ben jdid University, exactly the Faculty of Sciences and economy and the Faculty of Social Sciences, Using with the field data collection tools of observation and analysis coming to reach the following results: -Our result shows that abig number the female students are looking for a job in the public sector, comparing them with a weak number of the girls are couraging the entrepreneurial work. - The university specialization also affects the choice of female student where we find that, a big number of the students of economic science are choosing the entrepreneurial work, while almost absent in the students of social sciences. | |
