Abstract

الدراسة الحالية، بعنوان "المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بالفعالية التنظيمية"، تهدف إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين التنظيميين المهمين في المؤسسات، مع محاولة معرفة العلاقة بين بعض المؤشرات الهامة مثل الهيكل التنظيمي والمشاركة في صنع القرار والتأثيرات المتبادلة لعلاقات العمل على الهيكل التنظيمي. وقد أثارت الدراسة عدداً من التساؤلات، منها: "ما علاقة المناخ التنظيمي بالفعالية التنظيمية؟" ويشتمل هذا السؤال الرئيسي على مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية، منها: - هل هناك علاقة بين الهيكل التنظيمي والفعالية التنظيمية؟ - ما تأثير المشاركة في صنع القرار على المستوى التنظيمي؟ - ما تأثير علاقات العمل على الفعالية التنظيمية الوطنية؟صندوق التأمينات الاجتماعية؟ تميزت الدراسة بجانبين: الجانب النظري الذي ينظم الفصلين الأول والثاني، واللذان يعبران عن موضوع الدراسة وإطارها الاجتماعي. أما الجانب الثاني فهو الجانب الميداني، وفيه تم تحديد منهجية الدراسة. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي المناسب، بالإضافة إلى أداة الاستبيان التي سمحت بجمع البيانات والمعلومات. _ كما اعتمدنا على العينة المتعمدة لعدة مبررات منهجية، بما في ذلك أنها الأنسب للموضوع، وسهلة الاستخدام، وتوفر الوقت. كان مجال الدراسة هو الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعاملين بأجر. استنادًا إلى التحليلات النظرية والميدانية المقدمة، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج التي تجيب على التساؤلات، أهمها أن هناك علاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي والفاعلية التنظيمية.

The current study, titled "Organizational Climate and its Relationship to Organizational Effectiveness", aimed at revealing the relationship between these two important organizational variables in institutions with an attempt to find out the relationship of some important indicators such as the organizational structure and participation in decision making and the mutual influences of work relations on the organizational structure. The study raised a number of questions, including: "What is the relationship of organizational climate to organizational effectiveness?" This main question has a set of sub-questions included: Is there a relationship between organizational structure and organizational effectiveness? _ What is the impact of participation in decision-making on the organizational high? What is the effect of work relations on the organizational effectiveness of the National Fund for Social Insurance? The study was characterized by two aspects: the theoretical aspect organizes the first and second chapters, which express the subject of the study and its sociological framework. As for the second aspect, it is the field aspect, and in it we determined the methodology for the study. We relied on the appropriate descriptive approach, in addition to the questionnaire tool that allowed the collection of data and information. _ We also relied on intentional sampling for several systematic justifications, including that it is the most appropriate topic, easy to use, and time-saving. The field of study was the National Fund for Social Insurance for wage-earning workers. Based on the theoretical and field analyzes presented, a set of results have been reached that answer the questions, the most important of which is that there is a relationship between the organizational climate and organizational effectiveness.
