Abstract

This study aimed to show the role of the development of human competencies in achieving strategic renewal in (kara) in the state of El Taref. to achieve this, an analytical description approach was used, where questionnaires were distributed to the study community It consisted of 125 employees from the study population, and 40 questionnaires were distributed to the community, and each questionnaire included 27 items, and 34 questionnaires were retrieved. To know the extent to which human competencies development plays a role in achieving strategic renewal هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور تنمية الكفاءات البشرية في تحقيق التجديد الاستراتيجي في منطقة (كارا) بولاية الطارف. ولتحقيق ذلك، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم توزيع استبيانات على مجتمع الدراسة، والبالغ عددهم 125 موظفًا، وتم توزيع 40 استبيانًا على المجتمع، احتوى كل استبيان على 27 فقرة، وتم استرداد 34 استبيانًا. لمعرفة مدى دور تنمية الكفاءات البشرية في تحقيق التجديد الاستراتيجي.
