دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي -دراسة ميدانية ببلدية حمام بني صالح لولاية الطارف-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي ببلدية حمام بن صالح، من خلال معرفة مدى مساهمة استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة والأنظمة الرقمية في تطوير الأداء الإداري وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة. وانطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن التحول الرقمي يساهم بشكل فعال في رفع كفاءة الأداء الوظيفي وتحسين الإنتاجية داخل البلدية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من موظفي بلدية حمام بن صالح بهدف التعرف على مدى تطبيق التحول الرقمي وتأثيره على الأداء الوظيفي، كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التحول الرقمي يؤدي دورا إيجابيا ذا دلالة إحصائية في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لموظفي ببلدية حمام بن صالح، كما بينت الدراسة أن استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة يساهم في تسهيل سير العمل، تحسين الكفاءة الإدارية، تسريع إنجاز المهام، ورفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين. ملخص بالإنجليزية: This study aimed to highlight the role of digital transformation in improving job performance at the Municipality of Hammam Beni Salah, El Tarf, by examining the extent to which modern technologies and digital systems contribute to enhancing administrative performance and improving the quality of services provided. The study was based on the hypothesis that digital transformation effectively contributes to increasing employee efficiency and improving productivity within the municipality. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of employees at the Municipality of Hammam Beni Salah to identify the extent of digital transformation implementation and its impact on job performance. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings revealed that digital transformation plays a statistically significant role in improving the job performance of employees at the Municipality of Hammam Beni Salah. The study also showed that the use of modern technological tools contributes to facilitating workflow, enhancing administrative efficiency, accelerating task completion, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
