Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الرقمنة كأحد أشكال التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي تطورت وتوسعت في جميع مجالات الحياة بشكل عام وفي مجال السياحة على وجه الخصوص. أدت الرقمنة إلى ثورة في صناعة السياحة، حيث غيرت بشكل كبير الطريقة التي يُخطط بها للسفر ويُختبر. لقد ساعدت على تعزيز السياحة وجذب المزيد من السياح، مع توفير فرص هائلة لتعزيز السياحة التراثية والحفاظ على التراث الثقافي للأجيال القادمة. أصبحت رقمنة التراث فرصة كبيرة لتعزيز السياحة التراثية وجذب الزوار من جميع أنحاء العالم. ومن خلال الاستثمار المناسب في البنية التحتية الرقمية وتطوير المهارات اللازمة، يمكن للرقمنة المساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية المحلية وإثراء تجربة الزائر في المواقع الأثرية. وبالتالي، برزت المشكلة المركزية للدراسة الحالية في السؤال الرئيسي التالي: كيف تسهم الرقمنة في تعزيز السياحة التراثية؟من هذا، تفرعت الأسئلة التالية:1. كيف تسهم الرقمنة في تعزيز التراث التاريخي؟2. كيف تسهم الرقمنة في تعزيز موارد التراث البيئي الطبيعي؟اعتمدنا على الإجراءات والمنهجيات في الدراسة الميدانية، باتباع المنهج الوصفي. أما الأدوات المستخدمة في جمع البيانات الميدانية، فاعتمدنا على الاستبيان.خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:1. تسهم الرقمنة في تعزيز التراث التاريخي من خلال إيلاء أهمية للمواقع الأثرية وتخصيص الموارد المالية لها.2. تعزز الرقمنة موارد التراث البيئي الطبيعي من خلال إنشاء مواقع إلكترونية وتطبيقات لعرض المعلومات حول هذه الموارد، باستخدام الصور والفيديوهات. The study aims to shed light on the role of digit ization as a form of modern technology that has developed and expanded in all areas of life in general and in the field of tourism in particular. Digitization has led to a revolution in the tourism industry, significantly changing the way travel is planned and experienced. It has promoted tourism and attracted more tourists while providing immense opportunities to enhance heritage tourism and preserve cultural heritage for future generations. The digitization of heritage has become a tremendous opportunity to promote heritage tourism and attract visitors from around the world. Through appropriate investment in digital infrastructure and the development of necessary skills, digitization can contribute to local economic development and enrich the visitor experience at archaeological sites. Thus, the central problem of the current study emerged in the following main question : How does digitization contribute to promoting heritage tourism? From this, the following questions branched out: 1 .How does digitization contribute to promoting historical heritage? 2 .How does digitization contribute to promoting natural environmental heritage resources? We relied on methodological procedures and foundations in the field study, following the descriptive method. As for the tools used in collecting field data, we relied on the questionnaire. The study concluded with the following results: 1 .Digitization contributes to promoting historical heritage by valuing archaeological sites and allocating financial resources to them. 2 .Digitization promotes natural environmental heritage resources by creating websites and applications to display information about these resources, using images and videos.
