Abstract

The policy of economic diversification in the oil economies is a safe way to achieve economic growth and sustainable development, as this policy is based on a set of economic, administrative and organizational foundations, aimed at bringing about a successive series of structural and structural changes in the national economy, in order to diversify sources of income national, and reducing excessive dependence on one commodity or a particular sector. This study aims at diagnosing the reality of economic diversification in Algeria, and evaluating the extent to which alternative economic sectors contribute to the hydrocarbon sector in the national economy, as well as evaluating the various efforts made by Algeria during recent years in the context of diversifying the national economy. Using the descriptive analytical method, the historical method, the analytical method, the historical method, and the case study method when addressing the case of Algeria. تُعدّ سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي في الاقتصاديات النفطية سبيلاً مضموناً لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية المستدامة، إذ ترتكز هذه السياسة على مجموعة من الأسس الاقتصادية والإدارية والتنظيمية، تهدف إلى إحداث سلسلة متتالية من التغييرات الهيكلية والهيكلية في الاقتصاد الوطني، بهدف تنويع مصادر الدخل الوطني، والحد من الاعتماد المفرط على سلعة واحدة أو قطاع معين. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، وتقييم مدى مساهمة القطاعات الاقتصادية البديلة في قطاع المحروقات في الاقتصاد الوطني، فضلاً عن تقييم مختلف الجهود التي بذلتها الجزائر خلال السنوات الأخيرة في سياق تنويع الاقتصاد الوطني. وسيتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج التاريخي، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج التاريخي، ومنهج دراسة الحالة عند تناول حالة الجزائر
