مستقبل الاسواق المالية في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي دراسة حالة بورصة الجزائر

Abstract

تم تسليط الضوء في هذه الدراسة على معالجة إشكالية مستقبل بورصة الجزائر في ظل الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث تم عرض الجوانب النظرية المتعلقة بالأسواق المالية والاقتصاد الرقمي، أما في الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم تحليل بيانات التداول في بورصة الجزائر . والهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التعرف على أهم مجهودات القائمين على بورصة الجزائر من أجل الاندماج في الاقتصاد الرقمي وكذلك تحليل نشاط البورصة لشهر مارس2025. و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن بورصة الجزائر اتخذت أول خطواتها نحو التحول الرقمي من خلال إدخال نظام التداول الالكتروني في سنة 2024 مرحلة التجارب وتنفيذ أوامر البورصة من خلال وسيلة دفع الكترونية وهي تتجه نحو رقمنة التسعيرة مما يحقق للبورصة الشفافية والكفاءة وتنشيطها والدليل على ذلك استقطاب شركتين للإدراج في البورصة وهما بنك التنمية المحلية ومستشير في جانفي 2025.

Cette étude met en lumière la problématique de l’avenir de la bourse d’Algérie dans le contexte de l’économie numérique, elle présente d’abord les aspects théoriques liés aux marchés financiers et à l’économie numérique, la partie pratique sur les données de trading de la bourse d’Algérie ont été analysées à travers le nombre d’entreprises cotées. L’objectif de cette étude est d’identifier les efforts les plus importants déployés par les responsables de la Bourse Algérienne pour s’intégrer dans l’économie numérique, ainsi que d’analyser l’activité de la bourse pour le mois de mars2025. L’étude conclut que la bourse d’Alger afranchi ses premiers pas vers la transformation numérique avec le lancement du trading électronique en 2024, phase d’expérimentation et d’exécution des ordres via un moyen de paiement électronique. Elle tend vers une numérisation des prix, ce qui apporte transparence, efficacité et dynamisme à la bourse, la preuve en est l’inscription de deux entreprises, la Banque de Développement Local et Moustachir, en janvier 2025 .

This study highlights the issue of the future of the Algerian stock exchange in the context of the digital economy.It first presents the theoretical aspects related to financial markets and the digital economy. On the partical side, trading data from the algerian stock exchange were analyzed through the number of listed companies. The aim of this study is to identify the most important efforts made by those in charge of the Algerian Stock Exchange to integrate into the digital economy, as well as to analyze the stock exchange's activity for the month of March 2025. The study concludes that the Algerian stock exchange has taken its first steps towards digital transformation with the launch of electronic trading in 2024, a trial phase involving the excution of orders through an electronic payment method. It is moving towards digital pricing, which brings transparency, efficiency, and revitalization to the exchange. Evidence of this is the listing of two companies, the Local Development Bank and Moustachir , in January 2025.
