Abstract

Small and medium enterprises have proven their great role in influencing global economies, and the orientation to entrepreneurship has now become an imperative to upgrade to the required level, so this study aimed to identify small and medium enterprises in Algeria - a study of the factors of business failure - through the efforts made by the state From support structures and mechanisms to stimulate and identify the business environment in Algeria and the various obstacles it faces, through analyzing various statistics related to financing programs and a digital survey of the vanishing of small and medium enterprises. The study concluded that entrepreneurship does exist in Algeria, but it is newly established that suffers from mutations and is based on the role of support mechanisms while neglecting the capabilities of the contractor and the absence of entrepreneurial thought, due to the lack of coherence and the absence of coordination among them, resulting in the weakness of the economic fabric of small and medium enterprises and their failure in Algeria, which led to To propose a change in some mechanisms and mechanisms, whether from the organizational, economic, political and psychological side, to ensure their success and continuity أثبتت المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة دورها الكبير في التأثير على الاقتصاديات العالمية، وأصبح التوجه نحو ريادة الأعمال ضرورة ملحة للارتقاء إلى المستوى المطلوب، لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر - دراسة عوامل فشل المؤسسات - من خلال الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة من هياكل وآليات دعم وتحفيز، والتعرف على بيئة الأعمال في الجزائر والمعوقات المختلفة التي تواجهها، من خلال تحليل مختلف الإحصائيات المتعلقة ببرامج التمويل ومسح رقمي لتراجع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ريادة الأعمال موجودة في الجزائر، لكنها حديثة النشأة، تعاني من الطفرات، وتعتمد على دور آليات الدعم مع إهمال قدرات المقاول وغياب الفكر الريادي، نتيجةً لضعف التماسك وغياب التنسيق فيما بينها، مما أدى إلى ضعف النسيج الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وفشلها في الجزائر، مما دفع إلى اقتراح تغيير بعض الآليات والآليات، سواءً من الناحية التنظيمية أو الاقتصادية أو السياسية أو النفسية، لضمان نجاحها واستمراريتها
