Abstract

Energy is a basic requirement for sustainable economic and social development. Access to it is an important issue all over the world, especially in the face of high oil prices. Countries, especially Algeria, have no choice but to search for clean, new and other cheap energy sources to replace traditional energies, especially in the face of fears. Ongoing global warming, climate change and other threats to both the economic system and the environment. Today, the world is witnessing more and more calls and trends, especially in Europe and America, to invest in natural resources (renewable energy) because of its promising economic prospects in the coming years. Renewable energy also plays a major role in the global supply of clean and environmentally friendly energies. In light of climate change, which is becoming more dangerous due to traditional energy waste, and this confirms that alternative energies are of great importance in protecting the environment as an inexhaustible energy while providing an environmental safety factor الطاقة مطلب أساسي للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستدامة. ويُعد الحصول عليها قضيةً بالغة الأهمية في جميع أنحاء العالم، لا سيما في ظل ارتفاع أسعار النفط. ولا خيار أمام الدول، وخاصة الجزائر، سوى البحث عن مصادر طاقة نظيفة وجديدة ورخيصة أخرى لتحل محل الطاقات التقليدية، لا سيما في ظل المخاوف من استمرار الاحتباس الحراري وتغير المناخ، وغيرها من التهديدات التي تُهدد النظام الاقتصادي والبيئة. يشهد العالم اليوم دعواتٍ وتوجهاتٍ متزايدة، لا سيما في أوروبا وأمريكا، للاستثمار في الموارد الطبيعية (الطاقة المتجددة) لما تحمله من آفاق اقتصادية واعدة في السنوات المقبلة. كما تلعب الطاقة المتجددة دورًا رئيسيًا في توفير الطاقات النظيفة والصديقة للبيئة على الصعيد العالمي. وفي ظل تغير المناخ الذي يزداد خطورةً بسبب هدر الطاقة التقليدية، يؤكد هذا أن الطاقات البديلة تكتسب أهميةً بالغةً في حماية البيئة كطاقة لا تنضب، مع توفير عامل أمان بيئي.
