المرأة المقاولة ومساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعيّة دراسة ميدانية على عيّنة من المقاولات في ولاية الطارف-

Abstract

جاءت هذه الد ا رسة بهدف معرفة مساهمة الم أ رة المقاولة في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية في ولاية الطارف، وذلك من خلال التعرّف على الظروف البيئية والجغ ا رفيةالتي تواجهها الم أ رة المقاولة، وأبرز المجالات التي تنشط فيها لتحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية ومعرفة أهمّ الصعوبات والتحدّيات التي تواجهها وتمّ طرح التساؤل المركزي لهذه الد ا رسة كالآتي: كيف تساهم الم أ رة المقاولة في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية في ولاية الطارف ؟ وكان الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وشملت عيّنة الدّ ا رسة 03 ام أ رة مقاولة من أصل 23 وتمّ اختيارهنّ بطريقة قصديّة، كما أنّه تم الاعتماد على أداة المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع البيانات الميدانية. وقد توصّلت الد ا رسة إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: - * أنّ الم أ رة المقاولة بولاية الطارف تواجه تحدّيات مرتبطة بالموقع الجغ ا رفي من جهة وظروف بيئيّة منها المناخ والبنية التحتيةمن جهة أخرى. *أغلبية المجالات التي تنشط فيها الم أ رة المقاولة في هذه الولاية هي ذات طابع خدماتي وتجاري، حيث تساهم من خلالها بشكل مباشر في تلبية حاجيات المجتمع، خصوصا من خلال خلف فرص عمل. ما يع زز ذلك في دور الم أ رة في تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية على المستوى المحلّي. *من بين الصعوبات والتحدّيات التي تواجهها الم أ رة المقاولة في ولاية الطارف هي نقص التمويل والدّعم المادي من طرف الدولة، كذلك النظرة السلبية المجتمعية في خروج الم أ رة لممارسة نشاطها المقاولاتي. This study aimed to understand the contribution of female entreoreneurs to activeving social development in the stade of El tarf . This study explored the environnemental and geographical conditions facing fenale entrepreneus, the most preminent areas in which they are active in achieving social delepement, and the most significant difficulties and challenges they face. The central question of this study was raised as follws : how women entreprepreneurs contribute to achieving social developent in the state of Tarf The descriptive approach was adopted, and the study sample inculuded 15 female entrepreneurs out of total of 35, who were selected intentionally. Interviews and observation were used to collect field data. The itudy reached a number of conclusions, the most poromiment of which are :  Fenale entrepreneurs in ElTarf province face challenges related to their geographical location on the one hand and environnmental conditions, including climate and foor infrastructure on the other.  The majority of the fields in which female entrepreneurs are active in this province are service- oriented and commercial, through which they directy contribute to meeting the needs of society, particularly through job creation, this reinforces women’s role in achieving social development at the local level.  Among the difficulties and challenges facing female entrepreneurs in El Tarf province are the lock of funding and financial suppoty from the stade, as wellas the negative societal perception of women’s entrepremencial activity
