Effet de type de stabulation sur le bien-être des vaches laitières au Nor-Est Algérien

Abstract

Résumé Le travail présenté est une étude conduite sur l’effet de type de stabulation sur le bien-être des vaches laitières dans deux régions situées au Nord-Est algérien (EL-Tarf et Annaba). Les observations ont été conduites sur un échantillon de 13 fermes en stabulation libres et 07 fermes en stabulation entravées pendant l’hiver 2018-2019.Le bien-être des vaches laitières a été évalué à l’aide du protocole «Welfare Quality®» qui permet d’appréhender l’ensemble des aspects du bien-être . Le protocole comporte un processus d’agrégation permettant de calculer, à partir des mesures prises sur le terrain, des scores de critères, puis des scores de principes, et enfin, une évaluation globale du bien-être des animaux sur chaque ferme. Il y avait des différences significatives entre les deux types de stabulation pour la majorité des mesures et des principes de bien-être. La stabulation libre a amélioré ainsi le bien-être des animaux, avec des scores bien améliorés pour les principes étudiés (bonne alimentation, bon logement, et bonne santé). Aucunes différences significatives entre les deux types de stabulation pour les scores : Relation Homme –animal et Expression du comportement social. La plupart des fermes avaient un niveau de bien-être « acceptable » (60%). Huit fermes étaient «non classées» (40%). The protocol includes a process of aggregation allowing to calculate .From of the measures taken in to field ,of the score the criteria, then the score of the principles ,and finally ,one evaluation overall of animal walfare of the animals to each farms. There is had difference significant between the two type the stalling for the majority ofthe measurments and of the principles the animale walfare.the free-stalls to improve so the animal walfare of the animals. with of the score will improved for the principles studied ( good alimentation, good iodging, and good health).Any difference significant between the two guy the stalling for the score: Human-animal relation and Experssion of bihavior social. The mostly of the farms had a level animal walfare «acceptable» the (60%). Eight farms was « no classes » (40%).Any farms not a level global animal walfare « acceptable » and even« Good». . ملخّص: العمل المقدم يتمثل في دراسة سلوك تأثير نوع الحظائر على رفاهية أبقار الحلوب في المنطقتين الواقعة بين شمال – شرق الجزائر ) الطارف و عنابة (. الملاحظات أجريت على عينة تتكون من 31 مزرعة من نوع حظائر حرة 7 8132 . لقد تم تقييم الرفاهية لدى أبقار الحلوب بمساعدة / مزارع من نوع حظائر مقيدة . أثناء فصل الشتاء 8132 الذي يسمح بضبط كافة جوانب الرفاهية لدى الحيوان. البروتوكول يشمل إبراز «Welare Quality®» البروتوكول التطور الذي يسمح بالحساب . من طرف خطوات مأخوذة من الميدان درجات المعايير ،ثم درجات المبادئ، وأخيرا ، التقييم الكلي للرفاهية لدى الحيوان لكل مزرعة . هناك اختلافات بليغة بين النوعين من الحظائر بالنسبة إلى أغلبية المقاييس و مبادئ الرفاهية لدى الحيوان . الحظيرة الحرة تعمل كذلك على تحسين الرفاهية لدى الحيوان مع المقياس الذي يعمل على التحسين الجيد للدراسات )التغذية الجيدة ، إيواء جيد ، الصحة الجيدة(. لا يوجد اختلافات بليغة ما بين النوعين من الحظائر بالنسبة للدرجات : علاقة الإنسان بالحيوان والتعبير السلوكي الاجتماعي .معظم المزارع كان %01 (. ثمانية مزارع كانت غير مصنفة ) 01 %(. لا يوجد مزرعة ( » مقبول « لديها مستوى من الرفاهية لدى الحيوان .» جيد « ونفسه » ممتاز « » الكلي « لم تصل إلى المستوى
