ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بتقاعد المسبق دراسة ميدانية على مستوىولاية الطارف

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ضغوط العمل وعلاقتها بتوجيه الأساتذة نحو التقاعد المبكر على مستوى ولاية الطارف. وقد صيغ السؤال الرئيسي كما يلي: - هل تعمل ضغوط العمل على توجيه الأساتذة نحو التقاعد المبكر على مستوى ولاية الطارف؟ وتنقسم الأسئلة الفرعية تحت هذا السؤال الرئيسي إلى: 1- هل العمل البدني يوجه الأساتذة نحو طلب الاستفادة من التقاعد المبكر؟ 2- هل عبء العمل يوجه الأساتذة نحو طلب الاستفادة من التقاعد المبكر؟ 3- هل العلاقات الرسمية توجه الأساتذة نحو طلب الاستفادة من التقاعد المبكر؟ وكانت الفرضيات كما يلي: 1- أن بيئة العمل البدنية لها علاقة بتوجيه الأساتذة نحو طلب الاستفادة من التقاعد المبكر. 2- أن عبء العمل مرتبط بتوجيه الأساتذة نحو طلب الاستفادة من التقاعد.3- العلاقات الرسمية تتعلق بتوجيه الأساتذة لطلب الاستفادة من التقاعد المبكر. في هذه الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة لأنه يتماشى مع طبيعة الموضوع. تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وطبق الاستبيان على مستوى هذا البحث وفقًا لطريقتين: الأولى بطريقة مباشرة، وهي: نموذج المقابلة الموحد، وهو نموذج موجه للمستجيب ليجيب عليه بطريقة مباشرة، ويسمى الاستجواب. - الطريقة الثانية غير المباشرة، وهي الاستبيان، الذي تم توجيهه إلى المستجيب ليجيب عليه بطريقة غير مباشرة. تم اختيار العينة عن طريق الاختيار المتعمد على عينة من (10) أساتذة متقاعدين. بعد عرض الحالات وتحليلها ومناقشتها، توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: - بيئة العمل المادية ليس لها علاقة بتوجيه المعلمين نحو التقاعد المبكر. - عبء العمل مرتبط بتوجيه الأساتذة نحو التقاعد المبكر.

This study aims to identify work pressures and their relationship to guiding professors towards pre-retirement at the level of El Tarf state. The main question was formulated as follows: - Do work pressures direct teachers towards early retirement at the level of El Tarf state? Sub-questions fall under this main question: 1-Physical work directed teachers towards the request to benefit from advance retirement? 2- Does the workload direct the teachers towards requesting to benefit from the pre retirement? 3- Do official relations direct teachers to request benefit from prior retirement? The hypotheses were as follows: 1-The physical work environment has to do with directing professorstowards requesting benefit from advance retirement. 2- The workload is related to directing the professors towards the request to benefit from the prior retirement. 3- Official relations have to do with directing professors to request benefit from prior retirement. In this study, the case study approach was relied upon because it is in line with thenature of the subject. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the questionnaire was applied at the level of this research, according to two methods: The first is in a direct way, which is: the standardized interview form, which is a form directed to the respondent to answer it in a direct way, and it is called questioning. - The second indirect way, which is the questionnaire, which was directed to the respondent in order to answer it indirectly. The intentional sample was chosen on a sample of (10) retired professors. After presenting and analyzing the cases and discussing them, we reached the following results: - The physical work environment has nothing to do with directing teachers toward early retirement. - The workload is related to directing professors towards pre-retirement.
