_ يجب تعزيز مبادئ الشفافية في جميع الأنشطة التي تتعلق بجمع ومعالجة البيانات الشخصية، مما يساهم في بناء الثقة بين الأف ا رد والمؤسسات . _ يجب أن تكون السياسات العامة موجهة نحو تعزيز حقوق الحياة الخاصة وضمان حمايتها في جميع القطاعات والأنشطة، وذلك من خلال تضمين مبادئ الحماية في السياسات والتشريعات . _ ينبغي دعم الأبحاث الاجتماعية التي تستكشف آثار التطو ا رت التكنولوجية على الحياة الخاصة وتطوير است ا رتيجيات فعالة لحمايتها وتعزيز الوعي بها . _ يجب على الشركات والمؤسسات اتخاذ خطوات لحماية بيانات العملاء والمستخدمين وضمان سرية المعلومات الشخصية المتداولة، بما يتفق مع المعايير القانونية والأخلاقية . _ ينبغي تعزيز التعاون والش ا ركة بين القطاعين العام والخاص لتبادل المعلومات والخب ا رت وتطوير آليات فعالة لحماية الحياة الخاصة ومكافحة الج ا رئم الإلكتروني ة . Transparency principles must be promoted in all activities related to the collection and processing of personal data, contributing to building trust between individuals and institutions. Public policies must be geared toward promoting privacy rights and ensuring their protection across all sectors and activities, by incorporating protection principles into policies and legislation. Social research exploring the impact of technological developments on privacy should be supported, and effective strategies should be developed to protect privacy and raise awareness of it. Companies and organizations must take steps to protect customer and user data and ensure the confidentiality of personal information, in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Cooperation and partnerships between the public and private sectors should be strengthened to exchange information and expertise and develop effective mechanisms to protect privacy and combat cybercrime.
