موضوع دراستنا يتعلق بنظام الإعلام وتأثيره على التحرش الإلكتروني في الجامعات الجزائرية، وبالتحديد جامعة شاذلي بن جديد الطارف، وخاصة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية. في هذه الدراسة، اعتدنا على مشكلة بحثنا التي ترتكز على إظهار العلاقة بين نظام الإعلام والتحرش الإلكتروني. لذلك، حاولنا من خلال دراستنا طرح المشكلة الرئيسية وهي: ما هو تأثير نظام الإعلام على التحرش الإلكتروني في الجامعات الجزائرية؟ لقد قمنا بتضمين مجموعة من الأسئلة الفرعية ممثلة بما يلي:كيف يؤثر نظام الإعلام، وبشكل خاص فيسبوك، على طلاب جامعة شاذلي بن جديد الطارف؟ ما هي حقيقة ظاهرة التحرش الإلكتروني في جامعة شاذلي بن جديد الطارف؟هل يلعب التنمر الإلكتروني والابتزاز دوراً في الدرجات العالية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد أهداف الدراسة، ومن أهمها: التعرف على مدى مساهمة نظام الإعلام في انتشار ظاهرة التحرش الإلكتروني في الجامعة. كما قمنا بتحديد أهداف الدراسة، وأهمها هو التعرف على مدى مساهمة نظام الإعلام في انتشار ظاهرة التحرش الإلكتروني في الجامعة.
