Abstract

تناولنا في دراستنا العلمية موضوع اسلوب الدارة بالمكشوف في حل المشكلات الادارية ببلادية الطارف -مدينة الطارف- حيت تتخلص اشكليتنا في الجابة علىالتساؤل المركزي التالي كيف يساهم اسلوب الادارة بالمكشوف في حل المشكلات الدارية ويتفرع عن السؤال المحوري تلاتة اسئلة فرعية وهي 1.هل توجد روؤية واضحة عن اسلوب الادارة بالمكشوف من وجهة نظر ادارة المنظمات 2.ماهي الاليات التنظيمية التي يرتكز عليها اسلوب الدارة بالمكشوف في معالجة المشكلان الادارية 3.ما الصعوبات التي تعرقل نجاح اسلوب الادارة بالمكشوف في سير عمل المنظمة وعلى هدا الاساس فقد حققت الدراسة اهدافها في حصر دور اسلوب الادارة بالمكشوف في حل المشكلات الادارية ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة فقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالعتماد على العينة العشوائية البسيطة

In our scientific study, we dealt with the subject of "management style in solving administrative problems" Al-Tarf Municipality (Al-Tarf City), where our problem is to answer the following central question: How does the management approach contribute to solving administrative problems? The main question is divided into three sub-questions: 1- Is there a clear vision of management from the point of view of management organizations? 2- What are the organizational mechanisms on which the management approach is based in dealing with administrative problems? 3- What are the difficulties that hinder the success of the management approach in the work of the organization? On this basis, the study achieved its objectives in limiting the role of management style in disclosure (transparency, transparency ...) in solving administrative problems. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was based on a simple random sample. A collection of field data collection tools such as observation and interview form were used as basic tools, which were identified according to the study questions.
