دور اليقظة التكنولوجية في تنمية الإبداع التكنولوجي -دراسة حالة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى تطبيق اليقظة التكنولوجية بمصنع إنتاج الأدوية التابع لمجمع صيدال – ولاية عنابة (فرع فارمال)، كما تسعى إلى إبراز مستوى الإبداع التكنولوجي بالمجمع، ودراسة طبيعة العلاقة بين اليقظة التكنولوجية والإبداع التكنولوجي في ظل توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة لتطوير المنتجات والعمليات الإنتاجية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة عند تناول حالة مجمع صيدال – عنابة في الفصل الثالث. كما استُخدم الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) الإصدار 26. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أبرزها أن مجمع صيدال – عنابة (فرع فارمال) يعتمد بدرجة مرتفعة على اليقظة التكنولوجية في مختلف نشاطاته من وجهة نظر موظفيه، كما يولي اهتماماً كبيراً بتطوير منتجاته وعملياته الإنتاجية من خلال توظيف التكنولوجيا الحديثة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية جداً بين اليقظة التكنولوجية والإبداع التكنولوجي، مما يؤكد أن التطبيق الفعال لليقظة التكنولوجية يسهم بصورة كبيرة في تعزيز الإبداع التكنولوجي داخل المجمع.

This study aims to identify the level of technological vigilance implementation at the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant of the Saidal Group in Annaba (Pharmal branch). It also seeks to highlight the level of technological innovation within the group and examine the relationship between technological vigilance and technological innovation in light of the use of modern technology to develop products and production processes. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was employed, along with a case study methodology for the Saidal Group in Annaba, discussed in Chapter 3. A questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool, and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS version 26. The study yielded several findings, most notably that the Saidal Group in Annaba (Pharmal branch) relies heavily on technological vigilance in its various activities, as perceived by its employees. Furthermore, the group places significant emphasis on developing its products and production processes through the application of modern technology. The results also demonstrated a very strong correlation between technological vigilance and technological innovation, confirming that the effective implementation of technological vigilance contributes significantly to fostering technological innovation within the group.

Cette étude vise à identifier le niveau de mise en œuvre de la vigilance technologique au sein de l'usine de fabrication pharmaceutique du groupe Saidal à Annaba (branche pharmaceutique). Elle cherche également à mettre en évidence le niveau d'innovation technologique du groupe et à examiner la relation entre vigilance technologique et innovation technologique, compte tenu de l'utilisation des technologies modernes pour le développement des produits et des procédés de production.

Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, une approche descriptive et analytique a été employée, ainsi qu'une étude de cas du groupe Saidal à Annaba, présentée au chapitre 3. Un questionnaire a servi d'outil principal de collecte de données, et les données ont été analysées statistiquement à l'aide du logiciel SPSS version 26. L'étude a permis de dégager plusieurs constats, notamment que le groupe Saidal à Annaba (branche pharmaceutique) accorde une grande importance à la vigilance technologique dans ses différentes activités, selon le point de vue de ses employés. De plus, le groupe met un point d'honneur à développer ses produits et ses procédés de production grâce à l'application des technologies modernes. Les résultats ont également démontré une très forte corrélation entre vigilance technologique et innovation technologique, confirmant que la mise en œuvre efficace de la vigilance technologique contribue significativement à favoriser l'innovation technologique au sein du groupe.
