Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق لأهم البرامج التي تم اعتمادها في الجزائر لتأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وما واقع تطبيقها، و لهذا الغرض تم الإحاطة بجوانب الموضوع ككل من خلال التعرف على مختلف التعاريف التي تناولت مفهوم المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و مفهوم التأهيل مع إبراز أهم متطلباته، بعدها تم عرض أهم برامج التأهيل المتبناة و مدى تطبيقها. و كنتيجة إن برامج تأهيل المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في الجزائر لم ترتقي إلى الحجم الذي يسهم في تعظيم الاستفادة من هذا النوع من المؤسسات.

The aim of this study is to address the most important programs adopted in Algeria to rehabilitate small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their implementation status. To this end, the subject was comprehensively examined by examining the various definitions of SMEs and the concept of rehabilitation, highlighting its most important requirements. The most important rehabilitation programs adopted and the extent of their implementation were then presented. As a result, SME rehabilitation programs in Algeria have not reached the scale that would maximize the benefits of this type of enterprise.
