الاستثمار في مجال النفايات الطبية

Abstract

يعالج موضوع الاستثمار في مجال النفايات الطبية الى طرق تسيير هذه النفايات ومعالجتها والتخلص منها والمخاطر التي تنجم عنها وطريقة تعامل المشرع الجزائري مع هذه النفايات اما في جانب الَستثمار فحوالنا التطرق الى نطاق القانوني للاستثمار حول كيفية الاستثمار في مجال النفايات الطبية والذي وجدنَّ بان المشرع الجزائري لَ يتطرق بصفة مباشرة للاستثمار في هذا المجال فتم اسقاط قواعد الَستثمار في مجالَت أخرى على مجال النفايات الطبية . The topic of investment in medical waste addresses the methods of managing, treating, and disposing of this waste, the risks it poses, and the way Algerian law deals with this waste. Regarding investment, we address the legal scope of investment regarding how to invest in medical waste, which we found the legislator Algerians are concerned with this waste. As for investment, we are now discussing the legal scope of investment regarding how to invest in the field of medical waste. We found that the Algerian legislator does not directly address investment in this field, so the rules for investment in other fields were applied to the field of medical waste.
