ENQUETE SUR LA FASCIOLOSE ET LA PARAMPHISTOMOSE DES BOVINS SACRIFIES A L’ABATTOIR D’AIN EL ASSEL

Abstract

Summary The control of the principal livestock productions in the bovine breeding master key in particular speaks control about parasitism. After having described principal the trematodes Fasciola hepatica Paramphistomum spp of the bovines, their consequences and the bases of diagnosis and control of the trematodes, one presented an investigation to the slaughter-house of Ain el assel between December 2010 and may 2011 concerning 109 bovines, one carried out a macroscopic examination of the various bodies for the research and the identification of the trematodes question. The results show an apparently strong parasitic prevalence, with 49, 54% of parasitized animals, the separation of the population examined in three age groups make it possible to release from the prevalence of infestation by certain parasites close to those of the close wilayas, where the pest-destroying pressure is quite less. Thus the age critic of infestation is that of the young bovines between 01year and 03 years for the two trematodes. Après avoir décrit les principaux trématodes des bovins Fasciola hepatica, Paramphistomum spp, leurs conséquences et les bases de diagnostic et de maitrise des ces trématodes, nous avons présenté une enquête réalisée à l’abattoir de Ain El assel entre décembre 2010 et mai 2011 concernant 109 bovins, nous avons effectué un examen macroscopique des différents organes pour la recherche et l’identification des deux trématodes en question. Les résultats montrent une prévalence parasitaire apparemment forte, avec 49,54% d’animaux parasités. D’autre part la réparation de la population examinée en trois classes d’âge nous a permis de dégager des prévalences d’infestation par certains parasites proches de celles des wilayas voisines, Ainsi l’âge critiques d’infestation est celui des jeunes bovins d’un an au 03 ans pour les deux trématodes.
