Analyse des systèmes de production des exploitations mixtes dans le Nord-est de la wilaya d' El Tarf

Abstract

Résumé La relation entre l'agriculture et l'élevage dans la région d'étude est caractérisée par des complémentarités. Cette relation est influencée par la gestion de l'espace, principalement dédiée aux cultures céréalières et fourragères au détriment des cultures maraîchères. La concurrence pour l'accès aux facteurs de production tels que la terre et l'eau est également un élément clé, avec une utilisation importante de l'eau souterraine par les exploitations pour l'irrigation et l'élevage. Les exploitations polyculture-élevage, majoritairement privées et EAI, sont principalement dirigées par des agriculteurs jeunes (40 à 55 ans) qui ont acquis une expertise agricole et d'élevage malgré un niveau d'études élémentaire. Ces exploitations, de caractère familial, ont peu recours à la main-d'oeuvre salariée et sont bien équipées en moyens de production. Une analyse statistique a permis de distinguer quatre groupes d'exploitations, allant des petites exploitations avec un faible effectif bovin et une faible production laitière aux grandes exploitations diversifiées et bien équipées. Le renforcement de l'intégration agriculture-élevage devrait passer par la valorisation des ressources locales et agro-industrielles, afin d'assurer la sécurité alimentaire dans la région. Summary The relationship between agriculture and livestock in the study region is characterized by complementarities. This relationship is influenced by the management of space, mainly dedicated to cereal and fodder crops to the detriment of market gardening crops. Competition for access to factors of production such as land and water is also a key element, with significant use of groundwater by farms for irrigation and livestock. Mixed crop-livestock farms, mostly private and EAI, are mainly run by young farmers (40 to 55 years old) who have acquired agricultural and livestock expertise despite a basic level of education. These family farms have little recourse to hired labor and are well equipped with means of production. A statistical analysis made it possible to distinguish four groups of farms, ranging from small farms with a low number of cattle and low milk production to large, diversified and well-equipped farms. Strengthening agriculture-livestock integration should involve the development of local and agro-industrial resources, in order to ensure food security in the region. Key words : Mixed farms, production factors, integration, food security, El Tarf ملخص العلاقة بين الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية في منطقة الدراسة تتسم بالتكامل. وتتأثر هذه العلاقة بإدارة المساحة المخصصة أساسا لمحاصيل الحبوب والأعلاف على حساب محاصيل البستنة التسويقية. ويشكل التنافس على الوصول إلى عوامل الإنتاج مثل الأراضي والمياه عنصرا أساسيا أي ضا، مع استخدام المزارع للمياه الجوفية بشكل كبير لأغراض الري وتربية الماشية . تتم إدارة المزارع المختلطة للمحاصيل والماشية، ومعظمها من القطاع الخاص و EAI ، بشكل رئيسي من قبل المزارعين الشباب ) 40 إلى 55 سنة( الذين اكتسبوا الخبرة الزراعية والحيوانية على الرغم من المستوى الأساسي من التعليم. ولا تلجأ هذه المزارع العائلية إلا إلى القليل من العمالة المأجورة وهي مجهزة تجهيزا جيدا بوسائل الإنتاج. وقد أتاح التحليل الإحصائي التمييز بين أربع مجموعات من المزارع، تتراوح من المزارع الصغيرة ذات العدد المنخفض من الماشية وانخفاض إنتاج الحليب إلى المزارع الكبيرة والمتنوعة والمجهزة تجهيزا جيدا. وينبغي أن يشمل تعزيز التكامل بين الزراعة والثروة الحيوانية تنمية الموارد المحلية والصناعية الزراعية، من أجل ضمان الأمن الغذائي في المنطقة . الكلمات المفتاحية : المزارع المختلطة ,عوامل الإنتاج، التكامل الأمن الغذائ ي
