Abstract

is study aimed to highlight and analyze the effect of job integration on the organizational commitment of the employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in El Tarf. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting data from the study sample elements. The questionnaire was distributed to all elements of the study sample, which amounted to 50 elements, through direct interviews. The questionnaires were 100% returned, and we relied on the SPSS statistical analysis program to test the study hypotheses and analyze the data that were collected. The results of the analysis showed that there is statistical significance indicating the interest of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in El Tarf in job integration, and there is statistical significance indicating the interest of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in El Tarf in the organizational commitment of its employees, and there is a statistically significant relationship between job integration and organizational commitment in the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in El Tarf هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز وتحليل أثر التكامل الوظيفي على الالتزام التنظيمي لموظفي شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالطارف. استُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة. وُزّعت الاستبانة على جميع أفراد عينة الدراسة، والبالغ عددهم 50 فردًا، من خلال المقابلات المباشرة. وكانت نسبة استرجاع الاستبانات 100%، واعتمدنا على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة وتحليل البيانات المجمعة. أظهرت نتائج التحليل وجود دلالة إحصائية تشير إلى اهتمام شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالطارف بالتكامل الوظيفي، ووجود دلالة إحصائية تشير إلى اهتمام شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالطارف بالالتزام التنظيمي لموظفيها، ووجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا بين التكامل الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي في شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالطارف
