Abstract

تُعد السرقة العلمية من الظواهر السلبية التي تمس جوهر البحث العلمي ومصداقيته، فهي تتمثل في نقل أفكار أو نتائج الغير دون الإشارة إلى مصدرها الأصلي، مما يُعد تعديًا على حقوق الآخرين حيث انه في السنوات الأخيرة، انتشرت هذه الظاهرة بشكل ملحوظ في الأوساط الأكاديمية، نتيجة ضعف الوعي بمبادئ الأمانة العلمية، أو سعيًا لتحقيق نتائج دون جهد، حيث تؤثر السرقة العلمية سلبًا على جودة الإنتاج المعرفي و تُفقد الثقة في الباحثين و المؤسسات. و من هنا تبرز الحاجة إلى تعزيز ثقافة النزاهة العلمية و توعية الطلاب و الباحثين بأهمية التوثيق السليم وتشديد العقوبات على مرتكب السرقة العلمية.
