Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء دور القنوات الإخبارية الفضائية في توجيه الرأي العام نحو القضية الفلسطينية، واتخذت قناة الجزيرة نموذجًا لهذه الدراسة. وتم اختيار برنامج الحصاد ميدانًا للدراسة. وعليه، تبلورت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال المحوري التالي

لدراسة الموضوع وفهم جوانبه كافة، تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الأسس المنهجية، بدءًا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع استخدام عدد من أدوات جمع البيانات، أبرزها استمارة تحليل المضمون لجمع البيانات الميدانية. كما تم اختيار عينة قصدية مكونة من 10 فصول من برنامج الحصاد، للإجابة على أسئلة الاستبيان. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:

يؤثر شكل التغطية الإخبارية لبرنامج الحصاد على توجهات الرأي العام تجاه القضية الفلسطينية، وذلك من خلال حرص البرنامج على تغطية ومناقشة مختلف الأحداث والتطورات المتعلقة بالقضية طوال مدة حلقاته، مع استخدام لغة بسيطة ومفهومة، والاعتماد على الموسيقى والمؤثرات الصوتية والألوان واللقطات الفوتوغرافية، وتنويع المادة التلفزيونية المعروضة والقوالب الفنية المقدمة. وذلك بهدف توضيح الصورة وزيادة التركيز، وملامسة مشاعر الجمهور وإثارة عواطفه تجاه القضية.

يساهم محتوى التغطية الإخبارية لبرنامج حصاد في توجيه الرأي العام نحو القضية الفلسطينية، من خلال التركيز على رسالته الرئيسية، وهي الإعلام والإخبار، والحرص على تسليط الضوء على الممارسات المختلفة التي يمارسها العدو الإسرائيلي في الأراضي المحتلة، مع الاستعانة بعدد من الجهات الداعمة للقضية لتحليل ومناقشة المواضيع المتعلقة بها، والاعتماد على مصادر موثوقة لتغطية الأحداث ونقل الحقائق كاملةً دون تزييف، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أساليب ذهنية وعاطفية متنوعة لإقناع المشاهد ونشر قيم الدعم والمساعدة والإيمان بالقضية لدى الجمهور المستهدف، والدعوة إلى ضرورة مواجهة العدوان الإسرائيلي. ملخص وإجابةً على السؤال المحوري، أظهرت النتائج أن لقناة الجزيرة دورًا فعالًا في توجيه الرأي العام نحو القضية الفلسطينية، وفي كسب تأييد شريحة واسعة من الجمهور لحق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير مصيره، حيث نجحت هذه القناة في رسم نهج إخباري يحظى بقبول الرأي العام العربي والدولي. والعمل على مواكبة جميع تطورات القضية الفلسطينية بالاعتماد على تغطية إعلامية شاملة شكلًا ومضمونًا، ومواكبة مختلف الأحداث والتطورات.

The study aimed to investigate the role of satellite news channels in directing public opinion towards the Palestinian issue, as it dealt with Al Jazeera channel as a model for this study. The harvest program was chosen as the field of field study. Thus, the problem of the study was crystallized in the following central question:  What is the role of Al Jazeera News Channel in directing public opinion towards the Palestinian issue? To answer this question, it was divided into the following two sub-questions:  How does the form of news coverage through the Al-Hassad program affect the direction of public opinion towards the Palestinian issue?  How does the content of news coverage through the Hassad program contribute to directing public opinion towards the Palestinian issue? In order to study the subject and understand all its aspects, a set of methodological foundations were relied upon, starting with reliance on the descriptive and analytical approach, with the use of a number of data collection tools, most notably the content analysis form in order to collect field data. A purposive sample consisting of 10 classes from the harvest program was also selected. To answer the questionnaire questions. The study reached the following results: The form of news coverage through the Al-Hassad program affects the direction of public opinion towards the Palestinian issue. This is through the program’s keenness to cover and discuss various events and developments related to the issue throughout the duration of its episodes, while using simple and understandable language, relying on music, sound effects, colours, photographic footage, and diversifying the television material shown and the artistic templates presented. This is for the purpose of clarifying the image, increasing focus, appealing to the audience’s emotions and stirring their feelings towards the issue. The content of news coverage through the Hassad program contributes to directing public opinion towards the Palestinian issue. This is done by focusing on its main message, which is media and news, and making sure to shed light on the various practices carried out by the Israeli enemy in the occupied territories, while seeking assistance from a number of parties supporting the issue to analyze and discuss the topics related to it, and relying on reliable sources to cover the events and convey the complete facts without Counterfeiting, in addition to using various mental methods and emotional appeals to persuade the viewer and spread the values of support, assistance, and belief in the cause among the target audience, as well as calling for the necessity of confronting the Israeli aggression. As an answer to the central question, the results demonstrated that Al Jazeera has an effective role in directing public opinion towards the Palestinian issue, and in winning the support of many audiences for the right of the Palestinian people to self-determination, as this channel has succeeded in designing for itself a news approach that is accepted by Arab and international public opinion. And work to keep abreast of all developments in the Palestinian issue by relying on comprehensive media coverage in form and content, and keeping pace with various events and developments.
