جريمة الرشوة في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

تمثل جريمة الرشوة تهديدا خطيرا لنزاهة الوظيفة العامة وثقة المواطن في الدولة، ورغم وجود ترسانة قانونية متقدمة في الجزائر لمكافحتها، إلا أن ضعف التطبيق يحد من فعاليتها، ويتطلب التصدي لها تعزيز وسائل الكشف، دعم التنسيق بين الجهات، وتكريس ثقافة الشفافية والنزاهة لتحقيق الردع والحد من انتشارها.

Bribery constitutes a serious threat to integrity of public service and the citizen’s trust in the state. Although Algeria has a well-developed legal framework to combat it, the lack of effective enforcement limits its impact. Addressing this issue requires strengthening detecting mechanisms, znhancing coordination among relevant authorrities, and promoting a culture of transparency and integrity to ensure deterrence and reduce its spread.
