Abstract

تستكشف هذه الدراسة البنية المعجمية في الأعمال التاريخية الكلاسيكية، مستخدمةً كتاب "الفهرست" للنديم كدراسة حالة. يبدأ البحث بمقدمة، يليها عرضٌ للمؤلف - حياته، مهنته، انتماؤه الديني، وأهم مؤلفاته - إلى جانب وصفٍ خارجي وداخلي لكتاباته.

يتناول الجزء الأول من الدراسة المنهجية التي اتبعها النديم في تنظيم المواد المعجمية، بما في ذلك نظامه التصنيفي، وترتيبه الزمني والجغرافي للمعلومات. كما يُحلل اللغة والأسلوب المُستخدمين في النص، مُركزًا على المفردات، والسمات الأسلوبية، ومستوى اللغة. على المستوى الوصفي، تتناول الدراسة المصطلحات التقنية والأوصاف الفنية، بينما يبحث الجانب الدلالي في الثراء المعجمي والعلاقة بين النص وسياقه التاريخي والثقافي. يتضمن القسم التطبيقي تحليلًا معجميًا لنصوص مختارة من فئات مختلفة من الكتاب: 1. المواضيع الأدبية (النحو والبلاغة والفلسفة)، 2. المواضيع العلمية (الطب والكيمياء)، 3. المخطوطات (مثل الخطين الحميري والمناني)، 4. شخصيات بارزة (مثل الخوارزمي والرازي).

ABSTRACT:

This study explores the lexical structure in classical historical works, using Al-Fihrist by Al-Nadīm as a case study. The research begins with an introduction, followed by a presentation of the author—his life, profession, religious affiliation, and major works—along with an external and internal description of his writing. The first part of the study examines the methodology Al-Nadīm employed in organizing lexical material, including his classification system, chronological and geographical ordering of information. It also analyzes the language and style used in the text, focusing on vocabulary, stylistic features, and the level of language. On a descriptive level, the study addresses technical terms and artistic descriptions, while the semantic aspect investigates lexical richness and the relationship between the text and its historical and cultural context. The applied section includes a lexical analysis of selected texts from different categories of the book: 1. Literary topics (grammar, rhetoric, and philosophy), 2. Scientific subjects (medicine and chemistry), 3. Manuscripts (such as the Himyari and Manani scripts), 4. Notable figures (like Al-Khwarizmi and Al-Razi).
