دور حاضنات االعمال في ترقية المؤسسات الناشئة -دراسة حالة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة لالقاء الضوء على دور حاضنات الاعمال يف ترقية المؤسسات الناشئة التي تنطوي على قدر من الابداع والتطور التكنولوجي، من خلال تقديم الارشادات لاصحابالمؤسسات حول كيفية التسيري احلسن وتنمية قدراهتم اإلدارية وتزويدهم مبختلف األدوات الالزمة لنجاح املشروع، كما تساعد على زيادة عدد املؤسسات وتشجيع الصناعات خصوصا القائمة على التكنولوجيةالحديثة مما يؤدي إلى إنعاش وتنميةالاقتصاد، وتمت هذه الدراسة على عينة من الدول المتقدمة وبعض الدول العربية والجزائر،حيث تم الاعتمادعلى المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لإلحاطة بمختلف جوانب الموضوع وتثمن يمحتواه. وقد توصلت الدراسةإلى مجلة من النتائج تتمثل أهمها في وجود دور إيجابي حلاضنات األعمال يف تطوير املؤسسات الناشئة بالتقرب من الفئات الشابة وخرجيي اجلامعات واحلرص على غرس ثقافة إنشاء املشاريع، ملا هلذه املؤسسات من أمهية يف تنمية االقتصاد وتقليص معدالت البطالة يف اجملتمعات. وقدأوصت الدراسة بتوفري بيئة مناسبة حلاضنات األعمال من خالل خلق شبكة عالقات بني املؤسسات، وأيضا ضرورة التحسيس بأمهية قطاع املؤسسات الناشئة لدى فئة الشباب خاصة. The aim of this study was to shed light on the role of business incubators in promoting innovative and technologically advanced startups, by providing guidance to entrepreneurs on effective management practices, enhancing their managerial capabilities, and equipping them with the necessary tools for project success. It also facilitates the increase in the number of establishments and promotes industries, particularly those based on modern technology, leading to economic revitalization and development. This study was conducted on a sample of advanced countries, some Arab countries, and Algeria, utilizing both descriptive and analytical methods to comprehensively address various aspects of the topic and evaluate its content. The study has concluded a number of findings, the most important of which is the positive role of incubators in developing startups by engaging with the youngsters and university graduates, and by promoting a culture of entrepreneurship. These institutions also play a crucial role in economic development and reducing unemployment rates in communities. The study recommended providing a suitable environment for business incubators by creating a network of relationships between institutions, as well as raising awareness about the importance of the entrepreneurship sector among young people in particular.
